Կառավարությունը հաստատեց բուհերի 2017/2018 ուսումնական տարվա ընդունելության տեղերը

Կառավարությունը հաստատեց ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների 2017/2018 ուսումնական տարվա՝ ըստ մասնագիտությունների պետության կողմից ուսանողական նպաստների ձևով ուսման վարձի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ (անվճար) և ուսման վարձի մասնակի զեղչի կիրառման իրավունքով (վճարովի) առկա ուսուցմամբ բակալավրի ու անընդհատ և ինտեգրացված կրթական ծրագրերով ընդունելության տեղերը: ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը նախատեսու մ է շուրջ 2637 տեղ, որից 137-ը` ՀՀ պետբյուջեից առանց լրացուցիչ ֆինանսավորման:
Մեկ այլ որոշմամբ կապահովվի բարձրագույն կրթության շարունակականությունը և բարձր որակավորմամբ կադրերի պատրաստումը՝ ըստ կրթական ծրագրերի: Այն կնպաստի պետության համար առաջնային ու կարևորություն ներկայացնող բնագավառներում մասնագետների պատրաստմանը: ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը 2017/2018 ուստարվա մագիստրոսի կրթական ծրագրով ուսումնառությունը կազմակերպելու նպատակով ՀՀ կառավարության հաստատմանն է ներկայացրել 1650 տեղ, որից 1259-ը՝ առանց տարկետման իրավունքի և 391 տեղ` տարկետման իրավունքով: Պահուստային տեղերի բաշխումը և թափուր նացած տեղերի վերաբաշխումը կիրականացվի մրցույթի ամփոփումից հետո:
Երիտասարդ մասնագետների պատրաստման շարունակականությունն ու գիտական աշխատանքներում նրանց ներգրավումն ապահովելու նպատակով էլ գործադիրը 2017/2018 ուսումնական տարվա համար հաստատել է ասպիրանտական կրթական ծրագրով ուսումնառության 379 տեղ, որոնցից 140 տեղ`առկա ուսուցմամբ տարկետման իրավունքով և 202 տեղ հեռակա ուսուցմամբ՝ առանց տարկետման իրավունքի, 95 տեղ օրդինատուրայի կրթական ծրագրով, 20 տեղ ինտերն կրթական ծրագրով, 13 տեղ դոկտորանտուրայի կրթական ծրագրով:
Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Կրթության և գիտության նախարարի տեղակալ Մանուկ Մկրտչյանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե ի՞նչ սկզբունքով են բաշխվել տեղերը. «Իրականում ինչպե՞ս եք արել, վերլուծություն կատարե՞լ եք, թե՞ տարեցտարի նույն նախագիծը բերում եք»։
«Տեղերը ձևավորվում են ըստ ուսումնական հաստատությունների հայտերի», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, պատասխանեց փոխնախարարը:
«Ուսումնական հաստատությունների համար ինչքան շատ լինի, այնքան լավ: Տրամաբանություն չկա, շուկայի վրա էլ արձագանքը նվազագույն է լինելու: Շատ բուհեր շուկայի պահանջարկը չեն էլ դիտարկում: Կա՞ այդ վերլուծությունը, իրականում այսքան փող ենք տվել: Մագիստրանտ, ասպիրանտ, ի՞նչ ենք ստացել դրա դիմաց», -հարցրեց վարչապետը: Փոխնախարարը նշեց, որ իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ հետազոտություններ չեն արվել:
«Այդ դեպքում այս նախագիծը բերում եք, բյուջեից լրացուցիչ փող եք ուզում, ինչո՞ւ եք ուզում: Տեղավորվեք ձեր սահմանաչափի մեջ, մանավանդ, որ հիմնավորում չունեք, որ դա պետք է», - ասաց Կարապետյանը:
«Ճիշտը՝ չգիտեմ, պարոն վարչապետ, բայց որ այս իրավիճակում դա նպատակահարմար է, հաստատ է», - պատասխանեց Մկրտչյանը:
