Ձվարանների պոլիկիստոզային համախտանիշը կանանց մոտ շատ հաճախ հանդիպող հիվանդություն է, որն իրենից ներկայացնում է ձվարանների բազմաթիվ տարբեր չափերի կիստաներ: Որպես կանոն դրանք լուրջ վնասներ չեն հասցնում, սակայն խորացնամ դեպքում կարող են առաջացնել անպտղություն, ճաղատություն, ճարպակալում ու սեբորեա: Սա է պատճառը, որ հիվանդությունը հարկավոր է շատ շուտ հայտնաբերել ու բուժել:

Կիստաների առաջացման ախտանշանները

1. Միզազատության փոփոխություններ

Սրանց շարքին են դասվում հաճախակի՝ ընդհուպ մինչև անկառավարելի միզելու ցանկությունը և այրոցը:

2. Անոմալ արյունահոսություն

Ձվարանների պոլիկիստոզային համախտանիշի դեպքում խանգարվում է դաշտանային ցիկլը և կարող են լինել նաև «արտահերթ» արյունահոսություններ:

3. Ցավ սեռական ակտի ժամանակ

Սեռական ակտի ժամանակ նկատվող ցավը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել տարբեր պատճառներով, այդ թվում նաև հեշտոցային վարակներով ու բորբոքումներով, սակայն եթե այս ախտանշանները դառնում են մշտական, ապա խնդիրն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, շատ ավելի լուրջ է:

4. Սրտխառնոց

Կանանց մոտ սրտխառնոց առաջանում է ոչ միայն հղիության ընթացքում: Այն կարող է պայմանավորված լինել նաև հորմոնալ խանգարումներով, որոնք էլ հանգեցնում են կիստաների առաջացման:

5. Բորբոքումներ որովայնի հատվածում

Ցավի ֆոնի վրա առաջացած փքվածությունն ու բորբոքային գործընթացները, որոնք առաջացել են կտրուկ և չեն անցնում մի քանի օր շարունակ, նույնպես բավական լուրջ նշան են:

7. Քաշի կտրուկ փոփոխություններ

Եթե քաշը կտրուկ ավելացել է կամ նվազել, մինչդեռ սննդակարգն ու ապրելակերպը չեն փոխվել, ապա անհրաժեշտ անպայման դիմել էնդոկրինոլոգի:

8. Մշտական հոգնածություն

Սա ևս մի կողմնակի ախտանշան է, որը կարող է առաջանալ բազմաթիվ հիվանդությունների դեպքում: Այն ձվարանների կիստաների առաջացման հստակ նշան չէ, սակայն ուշադրություն միևնույն է պետք է դարձնել:

9. Ցավ աճուկային հատվածումԱճուկային հատվածի ցավը ձվարանների պոլիկիստոզային համախտանիշի կարևոր ախտանշաններից մեկն է: Եթե դա նկատվում է ոչ միայն դաշտանի ժամանակ, ապա հարկավոր է դիմել բժշկի:

Հարկ է նաև նշել, որ առանց բժշկի հետ խորհրդակցելու ինքնաբուժությամբ զբաղվել չի կարելի, սակայն կան որոշ բնական միջոցներ, որոնք կարող են օգնել ձվարանների պոլիկիստոզային համախտանիշի ժամանակ: Դրանցից են.
