Էրդողանը ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդներին ահաբեկիչներ է անվանել

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը մեղադրել է սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն դիտարկելու եկած ԵԱՀԿ առաքելության անդամներին ահաբեկիչներ լինելու մեջ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին գրում է թուրքական T 24 լրատվական գործակալությունը:
Նա հայտարարել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ը հանրաքվեին հետևելու նպատակով անկողմնակալ դիտորդների ուղարկելու փոխարեն ահաբեկչական խմբավորման անդամների է ուղարկել: Ցույց տալով դիտորդական առաքելության կազմում գտնվող անդամներից մեկի լուսանկարը, որտեղ վերջինս բռնել է Քրդական բանվորական կուսակցության (PKK) դրոշը` Էրդողանն ասել է. «Ինչպես կարող է PKK-ի դրոշը պահած անձն անկողմնակալ լինել: Այս մարդն այստեղ զեկույց է պատրաստում որպես մի ահաբեկիչ: Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է ընդունել նրա զեկույցը»:
Ապրիլի 17-ին ԵԱՀԿ-ն տարածել էր հայտարարություն Թուրքիայի սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ: Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում էր, որ հանրաքվեն անց է կացվել երկու կողմերի համար անհավասար հնարավորությունների պայմաններում: «Ընդհանուր առմամբ հանրաքվեն չի համապատասխանել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի չափանիշներին: Իրավական շրջանակն անբավարար է եղել ժողովրդավարական գործընթաց անցկացնելու համար»,- նշել էր Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի առաքելության ղեկավար Սեզար Ֆլորին Պրեդան:
ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ սահմանափակ ընտրական առաքելության ղեկավար Տանա դե Զուլուետան նշել էր, որ հանրաքվեն անց է կացվել այնպիսի քաղաքական միջավայրում, որտեղ հիմնարար ազատությունները, որոնք կարևոր են ժողովրդավարական գործընթացի համար, քողարկվել էին արտակարգ իրադրության պայմաններում: Բացի այդ, երկու կողմերը չեն ունեցել հավասար հնարավորություններ քվեարկողներին դիմելու հարցում: «Մեր մոնիթորինգը ցույց է տվել, որ «այո»-ի քարոզարշավը գերակշռել է լրատվամիջոցներում և դա ԶԼՄ-ներում առկա սահմանափակումների, լրագրողների ձերբակալությունների և լրատվամիջոցների փակման հետ մեկտեղ, սահմանափակել է քվեարկողներին հասանելիությունը տեսակետների բազմազանությանը»,- նշել էր նա:
Դիտորդներն արձանագրել էին, որ որոշ ընտրատեղամասերում իրենց գործունեությունն արգելվել կամ խոչընդոտվել է:
