Էմանուել Մակրոնը խոստանում է շարունակել աշխատանքը Հայոց ցեղասպանության ժխտման քրեականացման ուղղությամբ

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի թեկնածու, Ֆրանսիայի էկոնոմիկայի նախկին նախարար Էմանուել Մակրոնը նախագահ ընտրվելու դեպքում կշարունակի Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի ոգեկոչման ավանդույթը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին Մակրոնն ասել է Nouvelles d’Armenie-ին տված հարցազրույցում:
«Ապրիլի 24-ն ամուր խորհրդանիշ է. այն ոգեկոչում է 1915թ. ապրիլի 24-ին Կոստանդնուպոլսում 600 հայ մտավորականների աքսորն ու սպանությունը և առաջին ցեղասպանության սկիզբը: Սա կարևոր պահ էր Ֆրանսիայի և Հայաստանի հիշողության, իսկ այնուհետև նաև բարեկամության մեջ: Ես հավասարապես կողմ եմ, որ այդ օրը ներառվի մեր օրացույցում` որպես Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակման օր»,- նշել է Մակրոնը:
Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի թեկնածուն ընդգծել է նաև այդ երկրի հայ համայնքի դերը ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործում: «Ես աջակցում եմ նրանց պայքարին: Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման համար նրանցից սերունդների պայքար պահանջվեց: Նրանք շարունակաբար պահանջներ էին ներկայացնում, ինչն էլ արդյունքում տվեց իր պտուղները: Հաշվի առնենք նաև 2016թ. գերմանական խորհրդարանում տեղի ունեցած պատմական քվեարկությունը: Ֆրանսիայում հնարավոր չեղավ հասնել ցեղասպանության ժխտման քրեականացման, իսկ Սահմանադրական խորհրդի որոշումը բազմաթիվ թյուրըմբռնումների տեղիք տվեց: Համզված եմ, որ անհրաժեշտ է շարունակել աշխատել այս ուղղությամբ: Իրավունքն ու հիշողությունը չպետք է լինեն անհամատեղելի»,- ընդգծել է Էմանուել Մակրոնը:
Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի ընտրություններն անցկացվելու են 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 23-ին: Եթե թեկնածուներից որևէ մեկը չստանա ձայների կեսից ավելին, ապա երկրորդ փուլը կանցկացվի մայիսի 7-ին: Ներկայում ընտրարշավի առաջատար թեկնածուներն են Հանրապետականների կողմից առաջադրված Ֆրանսուա Ֆիյոնը, «Ազգային ճակատի» առաջնորդ Մարին Լը Պենը, Ֆրանսիայի էկոնոմիկայի նախկին նախարար Էմանուել ՄակրոÕ �ը, Սոցիալիստական կուսակցության թեկնածու Բենուա Ամոնը և Կոմունիստական կուսակցության ու մի շարք այլ ձախ ուժերի աջակցությունը վայելող Ժան-Լյուկ Մելանշոնը:
