Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջարկած «Ազգ-բանակ» հայեցակարգն ուղղված է անվտանգության ոլորտում պահանջատեր քաղաքացու դաստիարակությանը Հայաստանի հասարակության մեջ: «Ազգ-բանակ-2017» խորագրով համաժողովի ժամանակ իր ելույթում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը: «Այսօրվա համաժողովն էլ հարթակ է, որն ամրացնելու է մեր հասարակության կապը զնված ուժերի հետ: Այսօր քննարկվելիք նոր նախաձեռնությունները ինչպես նաև տարիների կուտակած ներուժը լուրջ հիմք կստեղծեն զինված ուժերում մտավորական սպաների ներգրավման համար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց ՀՀ Նախագահը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանն ընդգծեց, որ պետությունը շարունակելու է հայրենիքի համար իրենց կյանքը զոհած կամ ծառայության ընթացքում հաշմանդամություն ստացած մեր հայրենակիցների և նրանց ընտանիքների հանդեպ հոգատարություն ցուցաբերելու իր հանձնառությունը: «Ես արդեն հանձնարարել եմ պաշտպանության նախարարին՝ զոհված և հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին անհապաղ ապահովել բնակարաններով: Այս խնդիրը պետք է լուծվի մինչև 2019թ. ավարտը»,- նշեց ՀՀ Նախագահը:
Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում մեկնարկել է «Ազգ-բանակ-2017» խորագրով համաժողովը՝ նվիրված ռազմակրթական ոլորտի հիմնախնդիրներին: Համաժողովը կազմակերպել են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունն ու ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը: Համաժողովին մասնակցում են պաշտպանական և կրթական գերատեսչությունների պատասխանատուներ, հանրակրթական և բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների ղեկավարներ, ուսուցիչներ, դասախոսներ, զինղեկեր, գիտական կենտրոնների, ՀԿ-ների ներկայացուցիչներ: Համաժողովի շրջանակում նախատեսվա ծ է հագեցած մրցութային ծրագիր, սահմանված են հատուկ մրցանակներ հաղթողների համար: Կկազմակերպվեն նաև հանդիպումներ Արցախյան ազատամարտի վետերանների ու ապրիլյան մարտական գործողությունների մասնակիցների հետ:
Համաժողովի ընթացքում կկազմակերպվեն քննարկումներ «Ռազմական կրթության հնարավորություններն ու հեռանկարները ՀՀ-ում», ««Ազգ-բանակ. Անվտանգության բանաձև» թեմաներով:
