Orer.am-ը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ անդրադարձել է Տավուշի մարզին` սահմանամերձ գոտի հանդիսացող քաղաքներին, գյուղերին ու տեղում առկա խնդիրներին: Գաղտնիք կամ բացահայտում չի լինի ասել, որ տվյալ մարզը թերեւս ամենաանտեսվածներից է: Խնդիրները տարբեր են ու մեկը մյուսից կարեւոր: Տեղի բնակչության կողմից սակայն հիմնական շեշտը դրվում է աշխատատեղի ու բարձրագույն ուժ ունեցող փաստաթղթով` ՀՀ Սահմանադրությամբ, ամրագրված բարեկեցիկ կյանք ունենալու իրավունքին: Այսօր տվյալ մարզում թիվ մեկ խնդիրներից է ճանապարների, մեղմ ասած, անմխիթար վիճակը:
 
Հարցի շուրջ ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ պարզաբանել էր, որ խնդիրն ուշադրության կենտրոնում է: Այսօր արդեն իրականացվում են մեծ մասշտաբի ճանապարհաշինարարական աշխատանքներ, որոնք սակայն իրենց հերթին ավելորդ գլխացավանք են առաջացրել երթեւեկողների համար:
 
Պարզվում է` Ալավերդի քաղաքից մինչև Վանաձոր ճանապարհը փակ է: Վարորդները ստիպված են լինում շրջանցել այդ հատվածը` Ալավերդուց թեքվում են Օձուն գյուղ, ապա բարձրանում ու Ստեփանավանով գնում դեպի Վանաձոր: Բաց քանի որ տվյալ նեղ, ոլորաններով լի եւ իհարկե քարուքանդ եղած ճանապարհը եւս չի համապատասխանում եվրոպական ստանդարներին, ինչը զարմանալու չէ, բեռնատարները Բագրատաշենից Երեւան են ուղեւորվում Նոյեմբերյան քաղաքով:
 
Ինչ խոսք, նույնը կարող ենք ասել Նոյեմբերյան-Դիլիջան ճանապարհի մասին: Այն, որ շինարարական աշխատանքները տարվում են, բնական է, քանի որ անտեսված միջպետական ճանապարհն այլեւս հնարավոր կլիներ անցնել միայն քայլելով… Ինչ վերաբերում է շինարարական աշխատանքների պատճոռով ստեղծված վիճակին, ապա, կարծում ենք, որ այնուամենայնիվ հնարավոր էր ստեղծել այնպիսի մի գծագիր, որը կխնայեր ոչ միայն տեղաբնակների ու երթեւեկողների նյարդերը, այլեւ մեքենաները:
