Արցախի տնտեսության կարդիոգրաման 2016-ին

Տիգրանուհի Դավթյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Արցախի Հանրապետության ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության հրապարակած տվյալներից տեղեկանում ենք, որ ԱՀ-ում 2016 թվականին արձանագրվել է ՀՆԱ-ի 9.2% աճ, որին հիմնականում նպաստել են արդյունաբերության 9.7 տոկոս ու գյուղատնտեսության 7.4 տոկոս աճը:
Հատկանշական է, որ նման ցուցանիշներ Արցախում գրանցվել է ապիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի ֆոնին:
Տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ ինչպես Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ Արցախի տնտեսական աճին խոչընդոտող հիմնական ոլորտը շինարարությունն է, որն արձանագրել է 9% անկում
Ծառայությունները գրանցել են՝ 3,7%-աճ: Արտահանման ծավալները աճել են՝ 30,6%-ով կազմելով՝ 81,1 միլիոն դոլար, իսկ ներմուծումը կազմել է 256,8 միլիոն դոլար՝ 1,7% աճով: Սպառողական գների ինդեքսը կազմել է 98,5%, կամ այլ խոսքերով ասած, ինչպես Հայաստանում տեղի է ունեցել գրեթե նույն չափով գնանկում:
2016 թվականին Արցախում արձանագրված տնտեսական ցուցանիշները գրեթե նման են Հայաստանի տվյալներին, բացառությամբ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտը: Ի տարբերություն ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության 5.2 % անկման, ինչպես արդեն նշեցինք, Արցախում գրանցվել է 7,4% աճ: Հենց գյուղատնտեսության հանգամանքն էլ վճռորոշ է եղել Հայաստանի և Արցախի տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշների վրա: Եթե, շինարարությունը երկու երկրների դեպքում էլ զսպել է տնտեսական աճին, ապա գյուղատնտեսության ցուցանիշը Արցախի դեպքում զգալիորեն նպաստել է ՀՆԱ-ի աճին, իսկ Հայաստանի դեպքում ընդհակառակը:
Եթե բացառենք, գյուղատնտեսության վարքագիծը, ապա դժվար չի լինի նկատել, որ երկու հայկական պետությունների տնտեսությունները հիմնականում գործում են փոխհամաձայնեցված և ինչ որ առումով մեկ ամբողջի երկու մասեր են:
