Բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ չի կարելի եղունգների շատ խաճախակի լաք քսել, քանի որ դրա հետևանքում եղունգները թուլանում են և դեղնում: Իրականում այս գեղեցկության միջոցը շատ ավելի մեծ վնաս է հասցնում մեր առողջությանը, քան ընդունված է կարծել:

Ի՞նչն է հիմնական վտանգ ներկայացնում մեր առողջության համար

Լաքը տոքսիկ է: Որոշակի ժամանակակից կոսմետիկ միջոցներ պարունակում են հետևյալ բաղադրիչները, որոնք քայքայում են ձեր առողջությունը:

  • Տոլուոլ (Toluene) – լուծող նյութ է, որի շնորհիվ եղունգների վրա հարթ ծածկույթ է առաջանում և պիգմենտը երկար է պահպանվում: Հայտնի է, որ տոլուոլն ազդում է կենտրոնական նյարդային համակարգի վրա և կարող է առաջացնել ռեպրոդուկտիվ ֆունկցիայի հետ կապված խնդիրներ: Գլխացավ, թուլություն, ուշագնացություն, սրտխառնոց՝ անորակ լաքի օգտագործման հետևանքներից են:

  • Ֆորմալդեհիդ (Formaldehyde) – անգույն գազ, որի շնորհիվ լաքն ավելի երկար է պահպանվում: Ալերգիկների մոտ ֆորմալդեհիդի հետ կոնտակտի արդյունքում կարող է առաջանալ դերմատիտ և քիմիական այրվածքներ: Ավելի ծանր դեպքերում՝ սրտի ռիթմի խախտում, ցնցումներ և անգամ քաղցկեղ:
  • Դիբուտիլֆտալատ (Dibutyl Рhthalate) – օգտագործվում է որպես արոմատիզատոր: Այս բաղադրիչի պատճառով կարող են առաջանալ էնդոկրին խախտումներ, գինեկոլոգիական հիվանդություններ, շնչուղիների հիվանդություններ:

Գիտանականները կատարել էին մի հետազոտություն, որում մասնակցում էին 24 կանայք: Եղունգենրին լաք քսելուց 6 ժամ անց կանանց մեծամասնության մոտ արձանագրվեց դիֆենիլֆոսֆատի բարձր մակարդակ: Այս նյութը հանդիսանում է տրիֆենիլֆոսֆատի ածանցյալ և առաջանում է մետաբոլիզմի ժամանակ: Իսկ արդեն 10 ժամ անց դիֆենիլֆոսֆատի քանակությունը 7 անգամ գերազանցում է նորման:

Ինչպե՞ս ընտրել լաք, որը կլինի անվնաս առողջության համար

Որոշ լաքերի վրա կան հատուկ նշաններ:

  • «5-Free» - սա նշանակում է, որ լաքը չի պարունակում ֆորմալդեհիդ (formaldehyde), նրա ածանցյալները (formaldehyde resins), տոլուոլ (toluene), դիբոտիլֆլատատ (dibutyl phthalates) և կամֆոր (camphor):

  • «3-Free» - սա նշանակում է, որ լաքում չկա 3 բաղադրիչ՝ formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate և toluene:

Այսպիսով լաք գնելուց առաջ առաջին հերթին ստուգեք դրա բաղադրությունը, չէ՞ որ ձեր առողջությունը ձեր իսկ ձեռքերում է:
