Պետերբուրգի մետրոյում ահաբեկչության ենթադրյալ կազմակերպիչն ընդունել Է մեղքը

Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի մետրոյում ահաբեկչության գործի ֆիգուրանտ Աբրոր Ազիմովը չի ժխտում իր մասնակցությունը հանցագործությանը: Այդ մասին լրագրողներին հայտնել Է նրա փաստաբան Արմեն Զադոյանը:
«Նա մեղքն ընդունում Է ամբողջ ծավալով»,-ապրիլի 18-ին ասել Է դատապաշտպանը Մոսկվայի Բասմանյան դատարանի նիստից առաջ:
Ինչպես նշվել Է, հետաքննությունը խնդրում Է դատարանին՝ ձերբակալել Պետերբուրգում ահաբեկչության ենթադրյալ կազմակերպիչ Ազիմովին:
Ազիմովը կասկածվում Է ՌԴ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի «բ» կետով (ահաբեկչական գործողություն, որը հանգեցրել Է մարդու մահվան) եւ 222.1 հոդվածի երկրորդ մասով (պայթուցիկ նյութերի անօրինական շրջանառություն) նախատեսված հանցագործություններ կատարելու մեջ:
Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացվել Է, Աբրոր Ազիմովին հաջողվել Է բռնել միացված հեռախոսի շնորհիվ: «Կոմերսանտ» թերթի տվյալներով՝ նրան բռնել են՝ վերլուծելով մահապարտ Աքբարժոն Ջալիլովի շփումները: Հենց Ազիմովին Է ահաբեկիչը զանգահարել ինքնապայթեցումից առաջ, հավանաբար, հայտնելով ակցիան կատարելու պատրաստության մասին:
Կասկածյալին փնտրել են մի քանի օր, քանի որ պայթյունից հետո նա թաքնվել Է. չի հայտնվել վարձու բնակարանում եւ ազատվել Է բոլոր հեռախոսներից: Ապրիլի 17-ին նա գնել Է նոր շարժական հեռախոսներ եւ սիմ-քարտեր: Ակտիվացներով քարտերից մեկը՝ նա մատնել Է իր գտնվելու վայրը:
Ազիմովին ձերբակալել են Մոսկվայի մարզի Օդինցովոյի շրջանի երկաթուղային անցուղու մոտ: Ձերբակալելիս նրա մոտ գտել են Մակարովի ատրճանակ ու զինամթերք:
Ապրի լի 3-ին Պետերբուրգի մետրոյի «Սեննայա պլոշչադ» եւ «Տեխնոլոգիչեսկի ինստիտուտ-2» կայարանների միջեւ ընկած տեղամասում որոտացել Է հուժկու պայթյուն: Ռումբը գործողության մեջ Է դրել մահապարտ ահաբեկիչը, զոհվել Է 15 մարդ: Ավելի ուշ «Պլոշչադ Վոստանիա» կայարանում գտել են եւս մեկ ռումբ, որը հաջողվել Է վնասազերծել: Գործի հետաքննության շրջանակներում ձերբակալվել են ութ կասկածյալներ, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս» գործակալությունը:
