Մատվիենկոն ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրներին առաջարկել Է թանգարանային նախագծեր փոխանակել

ՌԴ Դաշնության խորհրդի խոսնակ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն այն կարծիքին Է, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) պայմանագրի մասնակից երկրները պետք Է ավելի սերտորեն համագործակցեն մշակույթի բնագավառում: Մշակութային փոխանակման մեխանիզմներից մեկը կարող Է դառնալ միության անդամ երկրների թանգարանների մասնաճյուղերի բացումն արտասահմանում, նշել Է սենատորը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին:
«Այսօր Եվրոպայում աշխատում են Էրմիտաժի եւ Ռուսական թանգարանի ներկայացուցչությունները: Վստահ եմ, որ այդ փորձը հարկավոր Է տարածել նաեւ Եվրասիական տարածքում: Եվ հարկ Է, որ մեր գործընկերներն իրենց թանգարանների մասնաճյուղերն ստեղծեն Ռուսաստանում»,-ասել Է խոսնակը՝ հանդես գալով Դաշնության խորհրդին առընթեր Ինտեգրացիոն ակումբի նիստում, որը նվիրված Էր ԵԱՏՄ-ի տարածքում մշակութային կապերի ընդլայնմանը:   
Նա նաեւ չափազանց կարեւոր ուղղություն Է համարել համատեղ ստեղծագործական նախագծերի իրականացումը: Նրա խոսքով՝ դրանցում պետք Է ներգրավել մշակույթի ճանաչված գործիչներին, շնորհալի երեխաներին, տաղանդավոր երիտասարդությանը: «Հետաքրքիր գաղափար կարող Էր դառնալ, ասենք, Եվրասիական երիտասարդական երգչախմբի կամ նվագախմբի ստեղծումը»,- ասել Է Մատվիենկոն:
Դրա հետ մեկտեղ սենատորը հիշեցրել Է, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պայմանագիրը մշակույթի ոլորտում մասնակից երկրների փոխգործակցության հատուկ կարգավորում չի նախատեսում: 
Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության կառավարման մարմինների թվում բացակայում Է մշակութային ու հումանիտար համագործակցության համար պատասխանատու ստորաբաժանումը, հավելել Է Մատվիենկոն: «Ուստի առաջարկում եմ քննարկել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հիմքի վրա մասնակից երկրների հումանիտար համագործակցության եւ տարածաշրջանային բաժանմունքների խորհրդի ստեղծման նպատակահարմարության հարցը»,- եզրափակել Է սենատորը:
ԵԱՏՄ-ի մասնակից երկրներն են՝ Հայաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը, Ղրղզստանը եւ Ռուսաստանը:
