Սահմանային իրադարձություններն անթույլատրելի են: Հայաստանում կայացած ՀԱՊԿ «Անխախտելու եղբայրություն 2015» խաղաղարար զորավարժությունների ավարտից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտարարեց կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան (ֆոտոռեպորտաժ):
«Անթույլատրելի է, երբ ծանր տեխնիկայից գնդակոծում են բնակավայրերը: Մտահոգիչ է, երբ ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության եւ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհուրդների բազմաթիվ հայտարարություններին ձեր հարեւանների կողմից արձագանք չեղավ»,- հայտարարեց Բորդյուժան:
Նրա խոսքով, աճող լարվածության պայմաններում համաշխարհային հանրությունը պետք է արտակարգ միջոցներ ձեռնարկի՝ հետագա սրացումը կանխելու համար: Սիրիայում եւ Իրաքում առկա հակամարտությունների համատեքստում Բորդյուժան նշեց, որ եւս մեկ թեժ կետ ոչ մեկին հարկավոր չէ. ո՛չ Հայաստանին, ո՛չ ՀԱՊԿ-ին, ո՛չ էլ ՄԱԿ-ին ու ԵԱՀԿ-ին:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե երբ է հնարավոր ՀԱՊԿ-ի միջամտությունը, Բորդյուժան հիշեցրեց գոյություն ունեցող մեխանիզմների մասին, որոնք կարող են կիրառվել բացառապես այնպիսի պայմաններում, երբ պետությունն այլեւս ունակ չէ ապահովել սեփական անվտանգությունն ու կայունությունը: Այդ դեպքում նա դիմում է դաշնակիցներին, որոնք օգնության բնույթի մասին որոշում են կայացնում՝ քաղաքական կամ ռազմական:
«Սակայն գործողությունների հիմքում պետության դիմումն է»,- հայտարարեց Բորդյուժան:
Նա նաեւ նշեց, որ ներկայում հայկական բանակի ներուժը կարող է կայունություն եւ անվտանգություն ապահովել, հնարավոր ամեն ինչ առկա է՝ տարածքային անվտանգությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը պահպանելու համար:
«Որքանով ինձ հայտնի է, հենց դա էլ արվում է, եւ բավականաչափ հաջող»,- հավելեց նա:
