Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ Apple-ը պլանավորում Է մատնադրոշմների սքաները տեղադրել դիսփլեյի մակերեւույթի տակ, որպեսզի այն գործի Էկրանի ցանկացած մասից: Սակայն ընկերությունում առաջացել են տեխնոլոգիայի ներդրման հետ կապված դժվարություններ, ուստի դրանից կարող են հրաժարվել հօգուտ կենսաչափական աուտենտիֆիկացիայի մի այլ մեխանիզմի՝ աչքի ծիածանաթաղանթի սքաների օրինակով: Նաեւ ընկերությունը կարող Է մատնադրոշմների սքաները տեղադրել սարքի հետին կափարիչի վրա:
