5 մթերք, որոնք պետք չէ պահել սառնարանում

Սառնարանի ցածր ջերմաստիճանը խոչընդոտում է սննդամթերքում մանրէների զարգացմանն ու բազմացմանը: Սակայն ոչ բոլոր մթերքներն է պետք ու կարելի պահել սառնարանում:

Ահա մի քանի մթերք, որոնք պետք չէ պահել սառնարանում

Պահածոներ ու այլ մթերքներ ՝ թիթեղյա բացած բանկաներում

Ալումինիումի իոնները, որոնցից պատրաստված են թիթեղյա տարաները, թափանցում են սննդի մեջ, իսկ հետո էլ ՝ մարդու օրգանիզմ: Դրա համար էլ կիսատ օգտագործված պահածոները պետք է տեղափոխել ապակե կամ գոնե պլաստիկե սպասքի մեջ: Բնականաբար նույնիսկ ապակե սպասքում նման պահածոները երկար ժամանակ չի կարելի պահել սառնարանում:

Մրգերն ու բանջարեղենը

Խնձորը, դդմիկը, դդումը, սեխը, վարունգը, սոխը, սխտորը ու շատ այլ մրգեր ու բանջարեղեն կարող են փչանալ ցածր ջերմաստիճանի ազդեցության տակ: Դրանք ավելի ճիշտ է պահել սենյակային ջերմաստիճանում, հեռու պահելով խոնավությունից ու արեւային ճառագայթներից:

Կաթ

Չբացված կաթի շիշը, իհարկե պետք է պահել սառնարանում, բայց եթե շիշն արդեն բացվել է, ապա դրա մեջ հաստատ արդեն մանրէներ են հայտնվել: Նման կաթը մի քանի օրից խմելն անվտանգ չէ, նույնիսկ եթե այն սառնարանում է պահվել: Դրա համար էլ բաց շշով կաթը նույնիսկ սառնարանում երկար ժամանակ պահել խորհուրդ չի տրվում, այն պետք է հնարավորինս շուտ խմել:

Հաց

Հացը սառնարանում պահելն անիմաստ է, բայց այն կարելի է պահել սառցարանում ՝ ինչպես հարկն է փաթեթավորելով այն, որպեսզի այն կողմնակի հոտեր չկլանի:

Դեղորայք

Դեղամիջոցները պետք է սառնարան դնել, եթե դրանց ինստրուկցիաները նման բան են պահանջում: Իսկ եթե ինստրուկցիայում գրված է պահել սառը, չոր տեղում, ապա դրանք պետք է պահել հատուկ դեղերի համար հատկացված դարակում:
