Թուրքիայում տեղի ունեցած սահմանադրական հանրաքվեից հետո առաջիկա տարիներին իրավիճակը լարված կմնա: Քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանն այն կարծիքին է, որ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը ցանկացած իրավիճակ ծառայեցնում է երկրում լարվածությունը պահելու ու հետո այդ իրավիճակից ինչ-որ ձևով հաղթող դուրս գալու համ ար: «Էրդողանը ցանկացած իրավիճակ ծառայեցնում է երկրում լարված մթնլորոտը պահպանելու և ինչ-որ կերպ գործընթացը հաղթահարելու համար: Առաջիկա երկուսուկես տարվա ընթացքում՝ մինչև ընտրությունները, այս իրավիճակն է լինելու Թուրքիայում»,- ապրիլի 18-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ընդգծեց Իսկանդարյանը:

Նրա գնահատմամբ` սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի արդյունքում Թուրքիան գնում է Ադրբեջանի ճանապարհով: Քաղաքագետը Թուրքիայում անցկացված սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն «կեղտոտ» բառով է բնութագրում. «Նախորդ ընտրությունների համեմատ այս հանրաքվեին շատ քիչ թվով քրդական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ են մասնակցել: Ամեն ինչ արվել է, որ մարդիկ տեղամասեր չգնան, եղել է ձայների հստակ բաժանում, սակայն ամեն ինչ այդքան ճշգրիտ չի լինում»,- նշեց Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին դեմ է արտահայտվել երկրի բնակչության առավել կիրթ ու զարգացած  հատվածը, իսկ գյուղական համայնքների բնակչությունը կողմ է քվեարկել առաջարկվող փոփոխություններին:
