Ի պատասխան Գոռ Գևորգյանի 02.06.2015թ.-ի իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղադրված նյութի, որը հրապարակեցին ինը լրատվական կայքեր, վստահեցնում ենք, որ ՛՛ՄԱՐԻԼԱ՛՛ ՍՊԸ կողմից արտադրվող ապրանքատեսակները մշտապես ենթարկվում են լաբորատոր փորձաքննությունների: Վերջին փորձաքննությունը իրականացվել է 20.05.2015թ.-ին, որի արդյունքների համաձայն կաքնամթերքի բոլոր տեսակները համապատասխանում են սահմանված նորմերին: Փորձարկման լաբորատորիայի թույլտվությամբ կաթի և մածունի փորձարկման արձանագրությունները հրապարակում ենք:
Քանի որ, մենք տեղեկացված չենք պահպանվել են արդյո՞ք նմուշառման պահանջները՝ սպառողը այն գնելուց հետո անմիջապես տեղափոխե՞լ է լաբորատորիա, տեղափոխելիս կամ հենց խանութում չեն խախտվել արդյո՞ք պահպանման պայմանները և այլ անհրաժեշտ պահանջներ, ապա հնարավոր չէ պնդել, որ արձանագրված շեղումները արտադրողի պատճառով են:
Խնդրում ենք Գոռ Գևորգյանին և այն լրատվական կայքերին, որոնք հրապարակեցին նշված նյութը /http://livenews.am/, http://blognews.am/,http://www.analitik.am/, http://www.replik.am/, http://hartak.am/,http://asekose.am/, http://yn.am/, http://orer.am/, http://pressmedia.am//ներկայացնել արձանագրությունները հրապարակելու մասին լաբորատորիայի գրավոր թույլտվությունը:
Վստահ լինելով, որ հրապարակելու գրավոր թույլտվություն չունեք, պահանջում ենք Գոռ Գևորգյանից և նշված կայքերից անհապաղ հանել իրենց էջերից նշված նյութը: Դուք ձեր գործողություններով վնասում եք ՛՛ՄԱՐԻԼԱ՛՛ ՍՊԸ գործարար համբավին: Մեր պահանջը չկատարելու դեպքում ստիպված ենք լինելու դիմել դատարան:
