Արդեն բավական երկար ժամանակ է քննարկվում է այն խնդիրը, թե ի վերջո իշխող Հանրապետականը կկազմի կոալիցիա ՀՅԴ-ի հետ, թե ոչ։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը միշտ փորձում է բավարարել Դաշնակցության փոքրիկ հավակնությունները, նրանց պահելով իր հավատարմության դաշտում։ Մեծ հաշվով, Դաշնակցությունը երբեք էլ դուրս չի եկել այդ տաքուկ դաշտից և հավատարմության դաշտից։ Գոնե վերին 100 տարիներին այդ կուսակցությունը միշտ ու անիմաստ խոսել է Ստամբուլն արյան ծով դարձնելու կամ Էրգիրն ազատագրելու մասին, քաջ գիտակցելով, որ ոչ մեկ չի ասելու, թե գնացեք արեք, ի՞նչ եք խոսում։ Ասել կուզե, այդ կուսակցությունը հանդուրժելի է, երբ միայն այդ դաշտում է գործում։ Բայց հենց այն մտնում է պետական կառավարման համակարգ, մենք սկսում ենք ձախողել։ Առաջին Հանրապետությունը Ձեզ օրինակ։ Իսկ ավելի թարմ դեպքերը, դաշնակցական նախարարներն են, որոնք մեծ հաշվով, ոչնչով չեն տարբերվել իշխող կուսակցության նախարարներից։
Հիմա, ըստ մամուլում հայտնվող տեղեկությունների, վարչապետ Կարապետյանը դեմ է այդ կուսակցության հետ կոալիցիային։ Սակայն պետք է հաշվի առնել այն հանգամանքը, որ նա չի կարողանալու ազդել Սերժ Սարգսյանի որոշման վրա։ Ենթադրում ենք, որ ամեն դեպքում դաշնակցական նախարարներ կունենանք։ Մարզպետներ ՝ դժվար։ Բայց թե կոնկրետ ո՞ր անձանց վրա կկանգնի ընտրությունը, դա արդեն կորոշեն կուլիսներում։
