Թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանն այսօր խոսել է Թուրքիայում կայացած սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի մասին,-հայտնում է Past.am-ը:
Ըստ նրա՝ պատկերը վկայում է այն մասին, որ վերափոխումները Թուրքիայի ժողովրդին հարազատ չեն: «Գալիք երկու տարիները բավական լարված կլինեն Թուրքիայի համար, քանի որ բազմաթիվ օրենքներ պետք է փոփոխվեն և համապատասխանեցվեն նոր սահմանադրությանը։
Էրդողանի հենարանն էլ պանթյուրքիստական ծայրահեղական ուժերն են»,-ընդգծեց նա։ Բանախոսը նշեց, որ խորհրդարանը շարունակելու է պահպանել նախագահին իմպիչմենտ հայտարարելու իրավունքը։
Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների վրա սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների ազդեցությանը՝ Սաֆրաստյանն ասաց. «Պետք է փոփոխություններ սպասել: Թուրքիայի քաղաքական վերնախավը ունի քիչ թե շատ ընդհանուր մոտեցում Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ։ Հայաստանը աշխարհաքաղաքական, տնտեսական առումով առաջնային նշանակություն չունի Թուրքիայի համար, և կարելի է թողնել հարաբերությունները նույն՝ գոյություն չունեցող մակարդակի վրա»։
