Թուրքիայի կողմից Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին ականազերծման աշխատանքներն այս պահին ռազմավարական բնույթ չունեն. թուրքագետ

Հայաստանի գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի Արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանն անդրադարձել է Թուրքիայի կողմից Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին ականազերծման աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու քայլին: «Ես չեմ կարծում, որ այդ ամենն այս պահին ինչ-որ ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի: Ներկա պահին չունի, բայց հետագայի համար չեմ կարող ասել: Սա զուտ ռազմական դաշտում ընթացող գործընթաց է և շատ դժ վար է հիմա դրան քաղաքական մեկնաբանություն տալ: Պետք է սպասենք, տեսնենք` ինչ կլինի»,- «Արմենպրես» լրատվական գործակալության մամուլի սրահում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց Սաֆրաստյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` Թուրքիայի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը քննարկելիս, հարկավոր է լավ հասկանալ Թուրքիա-Արևմուտք-Ռուսաստան հարաբերությունները: «Որպես պատմաբան եմ ասում` Եվրոպան, 19-րդ դարից սկսած, Թուրքիային օգտագործել է որպես Ռուսաստանին հակակշիռ: Եվ ես կարծում եմ, որ նման քաղաքականությունը ստրատեգիական առումով պահպանվելու է: Այսինքն՝ որքան էլ Եվրոպան դժգոհ է Թուրքիայում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներից, երբեք կապերը չի խզի Թուրքիայի հետ: Եվրոպան և Միացյալ Նահանգները շարունակելու են Թուրքիան որպես հակակշիռ օգտագործել Ռուսաստանի դեմ»,- նշեց Սաֆրաստյանը:
Սաֆրաստյանը նշում է, որ Թուրքիան էլ շատ լավ հասկանում է, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում և փորձում է այդ ամենից իր օգուտները քաղել: «Նկատելի է, որ Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ լավանում են, հետո սրվում են, հետո կրկին լավանում են: Նույնն էլ Եվրոպայի դեպքում է:Այսինքն՝ գնում է մեծ ռազմավարական ու դիվանագիտական խաղ, որում ներգրավված է Թուրքիան»,- ասաց նա:
Թուրքիան այն պետությունն է, որ, մտնելով դիվանագիտական և ռազմավարական այդ խաղի մեջ, միշտ փորձում է իր օգուտները ստանալ: «Եվ մենք պետք է հասկանանք, թե Թուրքիան տվյալ պահին ինչ օգուտ է ցանկանում ստանալ: Ես կարծում եմ, որ Թուրքիայի առաջին ռազմավարական նպատակը Մերձավոր Արևելքում քրդական պետության առաջացման գործընթացի կասեցումն է: Սակայն Թուրքիան, ունենալով դարավոր հակամարտություն Իրանի հետ, ամեն կերպ փորձելու է սահմանափակել Իրանի հնարավորությունները: Բացի այդ, փորձելու է հնարավորինս սահմանափակել նաև Ռուսաստանի հնարավորութ յունները: Այս առումով մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Հայաստանը Թուրքիայի համար աշխարհաքաղաքական առումով մեծ նշանակություն չունի»,- եզրափակեց Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը:
