Թուրքիայում ապրիլի 16-ի հանրաքվեի արդյունքներով ընդունված սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները պետությունը տանում են մի ճանապարհով, որով երկիրը շատ դժվար է լինելու կառավարել: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Al Jazeera-ին տված հարցազրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել պոլսահայ մտավորական, Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուի վարչապետության օրոք նրա գլխավոր խորհրդական Էթյեն Մահչուփյանը:
«Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների առաջարկը ներկայացնող երկու կուսակցությունները («Արդարություն և զարգացում» ու «Ազգայնական շարժում» կուսակցությունները - խմբ.) համատեղ շուրջ 63 տոկոս ձայն ունեն, սակայն այս հանրաքվեով կարողացան ստանալ ընդամենը 51 տոկոս: ԱԶԿ-ԱՇԿ կոալիցիան ցանկալի արդյունք չկարողացավ տալ: Նրանք երեք խոշոր քաղաք կորցրեցին: Այս ամենը մեզ տանում է դեպի դժվար կառավարվող Թուրքիա»,- նշել է Մահչուփյանը:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ մի կողմից իրենք ունենալու են բոլոր լիազորություններն իր ձեռքում պահող, հետևաբար ողջ պատասխանատվությունը միայնակ կրող մի անձ ու նրա շուրջ ձևավորված կառավարություն՝ այնպիսի մի համակարգ, որը կարևոր ազդեցություն կունենա թե՛ դատական, թե՛ օրենսդիր համակարգերի վրա:
«Այս իրավիճակը, եթե անկեղծ խոսենք, խելամիտ չի թվում: Քաղաքական տեսանկյունից դիտարկելիս տեսնում ենք, որ Թուրքիայում խոհեմության կորուստ ենք ապրել: Մտահոգ եմ, որ այս ամենը կունենա բացասական հետևանքներ, որոնք Թուրքիան չի կարողանա հեշտությամբ վերացնել: Դրանց վերականգնումը շատ երկար ժամանակ կարող է պահանջել»,- նշել է մտավորականը:
Մահչուփյանն անդրադարձել է նաև հանրաքվեի արդյունքում գրանցված մոտ արդյունքներին` նշելով, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների համար 50 տոկոսից մի քիչ ավել ունենալը բավարար չի կարող համարվել: «Մենք փոխում ենք խաղի կանոնները, իսկ հասարակության կեսը այդ կանոններով չի ցանկանում խաղալ: Այդ մյուս կեսին ինչ-որ բան պարտադրելը խիստ ծանր հասարակական և քաղաքական հետևանքներ կունենա»,- ասել է նա:
Մտավորականը հանրաքվեի արդյունքները դրական է գնահատել «Ազգայնական շարժում» կուսակցության համար` նշելով, որ նա վերածվել է իշխող կուսակցության կարևոր գործընկերոջ: «Այսուհետ «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը ցույց կտա, որ դատապարտված է ԱՇԿ-ին: ԱՇԿ-ն այս գործում հաղթող դուրս եկավ: ԱԶԿ-ն կորցրեց, քանի որ այն, ինչ կարող էր անել միայնակ, ուրիշի հետ արեց: ԱԶԿ-ն պետք է դաս քաղի կատարվածից: Որպես մեկը, ով ի սկզբանե և այս պահին նույնպես աջակցում է ԱԶԿ-ին, ասում եմ, որ դա կուսակցության մինչ օրս արած ամենամեծ սխալն էր»,- հայտար արել է Մահչուփյանը:
