Թուրքիայում կայացած հանրաքվեում, ինչպես և ակնկալվում էր, հաղթել է Էրդողանն ու նրա թիմը`փոքր առավելությամբ թուրքական հասարակությունը կողմ է քվեարկել նախագահական կառավարման համակարգին և «սուպերնախագահական» լիազորություններով օժտել «նոր» Աթաթուրք Էրդողանին։

Թուրքիային սպասում է փորձություններով լի շրջան`Էրդողանի հաղթանակն այնքան էլ համոզիչ չէր`քաղաքներում հիմնականում դեմ են քվեարկել նրա լիազորությունների ընդլայնմանը։ Դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ Էրդողանին էլեկտորատն շարունակում է մնալ խոր ազգայնական, իսլամիստական ու ավանդապաշտ Անատոլիան ու «թուրքական գյուղը»`չմոռանանք նաև ահռելի վարչական ռեսուրսների ու Էրդողանին մոտ կանգնած բիզնես շրջանակների մասին։
Թուրքական Cumhuriyet-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Ստամբուլում «ոչ»-ը հավաքել է 52, Իզմիրում՝ 69 եւ Անկարայում՝ 51 տոկոս ձայն։
Թեեւ այս խոշոր քաղաքներում «ոչ»-ը հաղթել է, ընդհանուր Թուրքիայում տարածքում 51,2 տոկոսով հաղթել է «այո»-ն։

Էրդողանը դառնում է «սուպեր» լիազորություններով օժտված նախագահ`քրդական հարցը և հայկական հարցը թուրքական ներքին քննարկման դաշտից ետին պլան են մղվելու`Թուրքիայում այդ թեմայի վրա «տաբու» է դրվելու, իսկ ազատ խոսքը դառնալու է եզակի երևույթ։ Ազատ մամուլն ու Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին բարձրաձայնողները հայտնվելու են հատուկ ծառայությունների, ազգայնական շրջանակների հետապնդումների տակ`հնարավոր է նաև ստեղծվեն այնպիսի պայմաններ`կյանքին և առողջության վտանգ, որ այդ հատվածը թուրքական հասարակության նախընտրի լքել երկիրը։

Թուրքիայի նախագահն իշխանության կարող է մնալ երկար տարիներ`միանձնյա, վարչապետի պաշտոնը լուծարվում է, իսկ մյուս կենտրոնական պաշտոններին նշանակումները կատարելու է Էրդողանը։
Խորհրդարանը, ԶԼՄ–ները, բանակն ու ուժայինները ենթարկվելու են Էրդողանին`հասարակության իսլամիզացիան, թուրքական ազգայնական շրջանակները կրկիր գլուխ են բարձրացնելու, Գորշ գայլերի և ժանդարմների դարաշրջան մտնող Թուրքիան էլ ավելի վտանգավոր է դառնալու հարևանների համար։

Թուրքիան պահպանելու է ԱՄՆ–ի, ԵՄ–ի հետ ռազմավարական կապերը`չնայած ԵՄ–ից բողոքներ են հնչում ու քննադատություններ`Էրդողանի ավտորիտարիզմի հետ կապված, սակայն Վաշինգտոնն ու Բրյուսելը զգում են Թուրքիայի կարիքը, թե Մերձավոր Արևելքում, թե Կովկասում, թե ՌԴ–ին այդ տարածաշրջանում հակակշռելու առումով։ Թուրքիան դառնում է կարևորագույն էներգետիկ միջանցք`Կասպյան էներգակիրները ՌԴ–ը շրջանցելով դեպի ԵՄ արտահանելու առումով ու Բրյուսելու «լեզուն» այդ առումով «կարճ» է լինելու`նրանց համար Էրդողանին խիստ քննադատելը կարող է արժենալ ռուսական էներգակիրներից կախվածության մեծացում։ Էրդողանը շատ լավ գիտի Արևմուտքի ռուսաֆոբիան ու խաղալու է այդ, ինչպես նաև միլիոնավոր մահմեդական փախստականներին ԵՄ «ուղղելու» եվրոպացիների ֆոբիաների վրա։

Թուրքիան մուտք է գործում «զուլումի» դարաշրջան`այդպես էին ժամանակին կոչել Աբդուլ Համիդ 2-րդի կառավարման տարիներն Օսմանյան կայսրությունում։
