Հարավային Կորեայի նախկին նախագահին պաշտոնապես մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել

 Հարավային Կորեայի նախկին նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեին եւ Lotte Group-ի նախագահ Սին Դոն Բինին կոռուպցիայի մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել, ինչի մասին ապրիլի 17-ին հայտնել Է «Ռյոնհապ» գործակալությունը: 
Նրա տվյալներով՝ Պակ Կըն Հեին ընդհանուր առմամբ մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրված 14 կետով, այդ թվում՝ կաշառակերություն, երրորդ անձանց միջոցով կաշառքների ստացում, դիրքի չարաշահմամբ միջամտություն երրորդ անձանց գործերին, կողմնակի անձանց պաշտոնական գաղտնի տեղեկատվության բացահայտում եւ այլ հոդվածներով: 
Մեղադրող կողմը պնդում Է, որ նախկին նախագահը խոշոր հարավկորեական կորպորացիաներից, այդ թվում՝ Samsung-ից եւ Lotte-ից, կաշառքներ Է ստացել 59,2 մլրդ հարավկորեական վոն (52,02 մլն դոլար) ընդհանուր գումարով: Պակ Կըն Հեն ձերբակալված Է:
Պակ Կըն Հեի շուրջ սկանդալ Է բորբոքվել 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերին, երբ մամուլում տեղեկություններ հայտնվեցին պետության ղեկավարի վրա նրա ընկերուհի Չխվե Սուն Սիլի  ազդեցության մասին: Դրա հետաքննությունը ցույց տվեց, որ մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում Չխվե Սուն Սիլը տեղյակ Է եղել պետական կառավարման մանրամասներին եւ միջամտել Է քաղաքական որոշումների ընդունման ընթացքին: Նախագահի ընկերուհին ճնշում Է գործադրել մի շարք ընկերությունների վրա, ներառյալ Samsung-ը, նրանց կողմից իր հսկողության տակ գտնվող հիմնադրամներ տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարների փոխանցման ն պատակով: Հարավկորեական ընդդիմությունը պնդում Է, որ Պակ Կըն Հեն ներքաշված Է եղել Չխվե Սուն Սիլի կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներում կամ առնվազն տեղյակ Է եղել տեղի ունեցողի մասին:
Անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերին Հարավային Կորեայի խորհրդարանը ժամանակավորապես իշխանությունից զրկեց երկրի նախագահին, որին մեղադրեցին կոռուպցիայի եւ իշխանության չարաշահման մեջ, իսկ մարտի 10-ին Սահմանադրական դատարանը վերջնականապես հաստատեց իմպիչմենտը: Արդյունքում Պակ Կըն Հեն զրկվեց բարձրագույն պաշտոնից եւ կորցրեց անձեռնմխելիությունը քրեական հետապնդման նկատմամբ, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
