Ֆուտբոլի Հայաստանի ազգային թիմի գլխավոր մարզիչ ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Սարգիս Հովսեփյանը չի պատրաստվում բացել «խաղաթղթեր» Պորտուգալիայի հետ խաղից առաջ:

«Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ աստղային ֆուտբոլիներ են եկել, բոլոր էլ հասկնում որ դժվար կլինի: Չեմ բացահայտի որևէ բան բայց յուրաքանչյուր ֆուտբոլիստ իր թույլ կոմղերն ունի:  Պետք է նաև գտնենք մեր ուժեղ կողմերը: Սակայն նրանց չեզոքացնել հնարավոր է: Թե Կառլենը և թե Լևոնը լավ մարզավիճակում են:  Նրանք մաքսիմալ պատրաստ են»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց Հովսեփյանը:

Խոսելով հավաքական չհրավիրված Արթուր Եդիգարյանի մասին ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը պաստասխանեց հստակ և առանց երկմտելու. «Իսկ ինչ վերաբերվում է Եդիգայանին ես եմ հավաքկանի գլխավոր մարզճը և ես այդպես եմ որոշել, ուրիշ կերպչի էլ կարող լինել: Նա չի հրավիրվել հավաքականը: Դուք պրոֆեսինալ չեք (դիմելով լրագրողներին) և չգիտեք ինչ մարզավիճակում են ֆուտբոիստները, ես իմ աչքերով եմ տեսել ինչ մարզաիճակում նրանք:  Իսկ թե ինչու եմ որոշել Եդիգարյանի չկանչել հավաքական, ապա դա իմ որոշումն է և ենթակա չէ քննարկման»:

Անդրադառնալով պորտուգալացիների Հովսեփյանն ասաց. «Ուզում ենք գեղեցիկ և լավ ֆուտբոլ խաղան, որ կբավարարի ֆուտբոլասերին, թեկուզ այսօր արդյունք չլինի, ապա հետագայում արդյունք կլինի: Պորտուգալիան այն հավաքական  է, որի կազմում  յուրանքաչյուր ֆուտբոլստին պետք վերահսկել, պետք է չթողենք անել այն, ինչ նրանք կարող են: Չեմ պատրաստվում բացահայտել, թե ինչպես ենք խաղալու»: Հայ մասնագետի փաստմամբ, ինքն աբողջությամբ տրվել ենք Պորտուգալիայի խաղին:  

«Այո, իմ առջև կան դրված նպատակներ, հնարավոր է ամեն ինչ, եթե կարողնանք լավ ֆուտբոլ խաղանք, ապա ամեն ինչ լավ կլինի, տեսական հնարավորոություն կան և մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք: Մեր նպատակը գեղեցիկ խաղ խաղալ է և արդյունքի հասնելն է »,-շեշտեց մարզիչը:

Խոսվեց նաև հավաքականի առաջատարներից մեկի՝ Յուրա Մովսիսյանի բացակայության մասին: «Յուրա Մովսիսյանին փոխարինողը ստիպված լավ խաղալ, չկա ֆուտբոլիստ ով անփոխարինելի է: Նա ով կխաղա նրա փոխարեն կխաղա ապացուցելու համար»:

Մամուլի ասուլսին մասնակցող հավաքականի անդամ Զավեն Բադոյանը փաստեց, որ ինչ որ տեղ հուզմունք կա, բայց ամեն ինչ արվելու է ենք լավ խաղ խաղալու համար: «Բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ Պորտուգալիան ուժեղ մրցակից է:  Մենք պետք է հետազոտենք և գտնենք նրանց թույլ կողմերը և որ կարևոր է արդարացնենք մարզչի սպասելիքները»,-եզրափակեց նա:

Եվրո-2016-ի ընտրական փուլի Հայաստան-Պորտուգալիա հանդիպումը կկայանա հունիսի 13-ին Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան «Հանրապետական» մարզադաշտում: Այս հանդիպումից առաջ Հայաստանի հավաքականը մրցաշարային աղյուսակում զբաղեցնում է վերջին հորիզոնականը և ունի միայն 1 միավոր: Նույնքան միավոր ունի նաև Սերբիայի ընտրանին, իսկ Ալբանիան և Դանիան ունեն 7-ական միավոր: Առաջատարը Պորտուգալիան է՝ 9 միավորով:
