1.      Մոռացեք անցյալը

Մի ապրեք անցյալով: Եթե դուք ականատես եք եղել բացասական օրինակի, դա չի նշանակում, որ ձեզ հետ էլ է նույն իրավիճակը կատարվելու: Ապրեք ներկայով ու ձեր ուժերը կենտրոնացրեք ներկայում հաջողությունների հասնելու գործընթացին:

2.      Հստակ ձևակերպեք ձեր ցանկությունները

Նախ՝ հասկացեք, թե ինչպիսի տղամարդ է ձեզ անհրաժեշտ: Ձեր ցանկությունները հստակ ձևակերպեք ու տիեզերք ուղարկեք: Բոլոր մտքերը նյութական են՝ օգտվեք այդ հանգամանքից: Պարզ պատկերացրեք, թե ինչպիսի տղամարդ է ձեր կողքին, ինչպես եք ապրում, ինչով եք զբաղվում և այլն: Որքան հստակ լինեն ձեր ցանկությունները, այնքան արագ դրանք կիրագործվեն:

3.      Սիրեք ինքներդ ձեզ

Մինչ ուրիշին «ես քեզ սիրում եմ» ասելը, սվորեք ասել դա ինքներդ ձեզ: Սիրեք ու գնահատեք ձեզ: Դուք պետք է հոգ տանեք ձեր մասին, հպարտանաք ձեր ձեռքբերումներով, երջանկացրեք ինքներդ ձեզ ու գնահատեք ձեր աշխատանքը: Մի ցուցադրեք ձեր թերությունները, դրանց մասին միայն դուք իմացեք: Բոլորի աչքում դուք պետք է կատարյալ լինեք:

4.      Աշխատեք ձեր վրա

Ձեր մարմինը ձեր հոգու տունն է: Գեղեցկացրեք մարմինը, որ հոգին նույնպես գեղեցիկ լինի: Աշխատեք ձեզ վրա, մարզադահլիճ այցելեք, կարգի բերեք արտաքին տեսքը, հետևեք ձեր սանրվածքին, դիմահարդարմանը, հագուստին: Երբեք թափթփված տեսքով մարդկանց առջև դուրս մի եկեք:

5.      Սկսեք փոխել ձեզ շրջապատող միջավայրը

Ձեր տրամադրությունը կախված է ձեզ շրջապատող միջավայրից, իսկ տրամադրությունից կախված է արտաքին տեսքը: Հետևաբար՝ պետք է կարգի բերեք ու գեղեցկացնեք ձեզ շրջապատող միջավայրը: Տանը կոսմետիկ վերանորոգում արեք, փոխեք վարագույրները, ձեր տանը նոր գույներ հաղորդեք: Սա կօգնի ձեզ ավելի ինքնավստահ ու երջանիկ լինել, իսկ այդպիսի կանայք դուր են գալիս բոլոր տղամարդկանց:
