«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով՝ «ՍԱՍ Գրուպ»-ում ՍԱՍ-ի Արտակի՝ ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արտակ Սարգսյանի եղբոր՝ Արամ Սարգսյանի մասնակցությամբ տարածված ձայնագրությունը միակը չէ: Այս տեղեկությունն ապացուցելու է գալիս համացանցում տարածված մեկ այլ ձայնագրություն, որտեղ գլխավոր «հերոսի» դերում  այս անգամ Չարենցավանի քաղաքապետ Հակոբ Շահգալդյանն է։

Եթե «ՍԱՍ»-ի Արտակի հետ կապված ձայնագրությունը կարող էր համավել մասնավոր դեպք, որտեղ իրենց հետաքրքություններն ունեին նաև հայաստանյան իշխանության վերին օղակների ներկայացուցիչներ, ապա հաջորդ ձայնագրությունը գալիս է հաստատելու, որ այստեղ խոսքը գնում է բավական լայնատարած մի երևույթի մասին։

Ըստ էության չի բացառվում, որ հենց հանրապետականներն ունեն իրենզ զինանոցում պահած տասնյակ նման ձայնագրություններ, որոնք անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կարող են հայտնվել հրապարակում։ Սա ուղղակիորեն նշանակում է, որ Հանրապետականը «կեղտոտ է խաղում» ոչ միայն քաղաքական մրցակից ուժերի դեմ, այլև ընդհանրապես «կեղտոտ խաղալը» կամ թղթախաղի լեզվով ասած «տյոմնի խաղալը» Հանրապետականի բնույթի մեջ է։

Արդյոք առաջիկայում ձայնագրություն-կոմպրոմատների այս շքերթը կշարունակվի թե ոչ, դժվար է ասել, սակայն արդեն իսկ հասկանալի է, որ Հանրապետականի ներսում բոլորը բոլորի դեմ ունեն նման կոմպրոմատների հաստափոր թղթապանակներ, որոնք էլ արդեն կկողմնորոշեն քաղաքական զարգացումների օրակարգն առնվազն հենց Հանրապետականի ներսում։
