Ալիևի մեսիջը՝ Պուտինին…

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ապրիլի 16-ից Ադրբեջանում մեկնարկելու են լայնածավալ զորավարժություններ: Դրանց ներգրավվելու են 30 000 զինծառայող, 250 միավոր տանկ և զրահատեխնիկա, մինչև 200 միավոր տարբեր տրամաչափի հրթիռահրետանային համակարգ, համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգեր և ականանետ, 25 միավոր մարտական ինքնաթիռ և այլն: Մի խոսքով՝ բեղավորը որոշել է ի ցույց դնել սեփական ասկյարների ողջ ուժը:
Հասկանալու համար, սակայն, թե ինչ է ուզում այս ամենով ապացուցել կամ ցույց տալ Ալիևը, հարկավոր է ընդամենը նկատի ունենալ մի քանի խոսուն հանգամանք: Անկասկած է, որ այս զորավարժությունների անցկացման ժամանակահատվածն ամենևին էլ պատահաբար չէ, որ ընտրվել է. արցախյան հիմնահարցն Ադրբեջանի համար կարծես մտել է փակուղի, Հայաստանի դիրքերը միջազգային ասպարեզում ուժեղացել են, Խաչատուրովը նշանակվել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում, Մոսկվան բացահայտորեն սատարում է Հայաստանին և այլն: Ասել կուզի՝ Ալիևը հայտնվել է մեկուսացման մեջ ու հիմա չգիտի՝ ինչպես վարվի, որ հնարավորություն ստանա՝ ռազմական ճանապարհով իբր խնդիրը լուծել:
Հարց՝ ի՞նչ կարող են նշանակել այս զորավարժությունները կամ ի՞նչ մեսիջ կարող են դրանք իրենց մեջ պարունակել: Ակնհայտ է մեկ բան՝ գլխավոր մեսիջն ուղղված է ոչ թե Հայաստանին, այլ նախևառաջ միջազգային հանրությանն, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ՝ ՌԴ-ին: Ակնհայտ է, որ Ալիևն այս կերպ Պուտինին և, իհարկե, ոչ միայն, փորձում է ցույց տալ, որ իր երկիրն այնքան հզոր է, իսկ բանակն էլ այնքան ինքնաբավ, որ ոչ մի խնդիր չի տեսնում՝ արցախյան հարցը զենքի ուժով լուծելու համար, ու եթե կարիք լինի այդ անելու, ապա Բաքուն կարող է և ինչ-որ պահի նույնիսկ հաշվի չնստել հայամետ Պուտինի հետ: Սա, ըստ էության, մեսիջ է՝ Պուտինին այն մասին, որ իբր Բաքվի համբերությունն անսահման չէ, ու Ալիևը միանգամայն ինքնիշխան սուլթան է:
Թե ինչպես կհասկանան Մոսկվայում բեղավորի այս նվնվոցները կամ ինչպես կարձագանքեն դրան Կրեմլում, իհարկե, ցույց կտա ժամանակը, բայց որ իրականում ոչ ոք այս զորավարժությունները լուրջ չի ընդունում, ակներև է. հիմա աշխարհում խառը ժամանակներ են ու ոչ ոք առանձնապես տրամադրված չէ բացառապես Ալիևի քմահաճույքներին հագուրդ տալու համար՝ սեփական շահերը դնելու հարցականի տակ:
