CNN-ը բացատրել է, թե ինչու Թրամփը չի կարողանա հաղթել Կիմ Չեն Ընին

ԱՄՆ-ում հակված են թերագնահատել իրենց մրցակիցներին, այդ թվում Հյուսիսային Կորեայի առաջնորդ Կիմ Չեն Ընին, որը մի շարք առավելություններ ունի ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի նկատմամբ, գրում է CNN–ում World Policy Institute–ի աշխատակից Ջոնաթան Քրիսթոլը, փոխանցում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։
Հեղինակի խոսքով, ԱՄՆ-ն հաճախ է սխալմամբ կարծում, որ իր «մրցակիթները խենթ, ոչ իրատեսական կամ հիմար են»։ Ամերիկացիները ակնկալում են, որ «ցանկացած այլ ազգություն ուրախությամբ կընդունի այն, ինչը նրանից ակնկալում է Վաշինգտոնը»։ Սակայն, երբ որեւէ պետության առաջնորդ այլ կերպ է վարվում, ԱՄՆ-ն «դա բացատրում է այդ քաղաքական գործչի մտածողության թերություններով», կարծում է Քրիսթոլը։
Հյուսիսային Կորեայի առաջնորդը խելագար, ոչ իրատեսական ու հավանաբար նաեւ հիմար չէ, շարունակում է վերլուծաբանը։ Կին Չեն Ընին կարելի է մեղադրել մի շարք սասափելի արարքների մեջ, սակայն դրանք «իշխանության համախմբման գործընթացի մի մասն են», ու միանգամայն համապատասխանում են երկրի քաղաքական համակարգի նորմերին, նշում է հեղինակը։
Իսկ Թրամփը, հակառակը, ոչ միշտ է հետեւողական դատում, հավաստիացնում է Քրիսթոլը։ Ի տարբերություն Կիմ Չեն Ընի, որը կենտրոնացած է մեկ բանի՝ «ռեժիմի գոյատեւման» վրա, Թրամփի ուշադրությունը նման է չորս տարեկան երեխայի ուշադրության։ Հյուսիսային Կորեայի առաջնորդը կարող է շատ ավելի «ընդունակ խաղացող լինել միջազգային ասպարեզում» , քան ԱՄՆ նախագահը, կարծում է Քրիսթոլը։
Այդ կապակցությամբ հոդվածագիրը սխալ է համարում Թրամփի այն հաշվարկը, թե անձնական բանակցությունների ժամանակ ինքը կկարողանար համոզել Կիմ Չեն Ընին հրաժարվել միջուկային զենքից։ «Հիմարություն կլիներ կարծել, թե Թրամփը կկարողանա հաղթել Կիմ Չեն Ընին»,- գրում է Քրիսթոլը։
Նրա կածիքով, չնայած տարածաշրջանում լարվածության աճին, հյուսիսային Կորեայի խնդիրը դեռ չունի համարժեք լուծում։ Ռազմական ուղին չափից մեծ գին ունի, իսկ կանխարգելիչ հարվածի հնարավորությունը բաց են թողել դեռ 2006-ի հոկտեմբերին, երբ Հյուսիսային Կորեայում իրականացվեցին միջուկային ռումբի առաջին փորձարկումները; Հյուսիսային Կորեայի հետ բանակցություններ պետք է վարի «չափազանց հմուտ քաղաքական գործիչ, որը ճանաչում է տարածաշրջանը, երկիրը, մարդկանց ու խնդիրները»։
Նույնիսկ առանց Թրամփի Կորեական թերակղզու իրավիճակի անկանխատեսելիությունն ու փոփոխականությունը լուրջ մտահոգություն էր առաջացնում։ Իսկ Թրամփի օրոք, որը գրեթե ոչինչ չի կարող անել, դրությունը առհասարակ «սարսափելի» է դառնում, ամփոփում է Քրիսթոլը։
