Սխտորի հակաքաղցկեղային հատկությունը

Սխտորի օգտակար հատկությունների մասին մարդկությանը հայտնի է դեռ վաղ ժամանակներից: Հին ժամանակներում սխտորը լայնորեն կիրառվում էր ավանդական բժշկության մեջ: Վերջին շրջանում անցկացված հետազոտությունների արդյունքում մասնագետները պնդում են, որ շաբաթական երկու անգամ սխտորի օգտագործումը կրճատում է թոքերի քաղցկեղի ռիսկը 50 %-ով:
Սխտորն օգնում է անգամ ծխողներին, ռիսկը նվազեցնում է 30 %-ի դեպքերում: Հիշեցնենք, որ ծխելը թոքերի քաղցկեղի դեպքերի 80 %-ի պատճառն է:
Ապրելու հնարավորությունն այդ հիվանդությունից շատ ցածր է, ախտորոշումից հետո միայն տասից մեկին է հաջողվում ապրել հինգ տարուց ավելի: Գիտնականները ապացուցել են, որ սխտորը նվազեցնում է աղիքային քաղցկեղի հավանականությունը 1/3-ով:
Գիտնականները ուսումնասիրության ընթացքում հետազոտել են 1424 հիվանդների եւ 4500 առողջ մարդկանց: Ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում սխտորի դրական ազդեցությունը հաստատվել է: Մասնագետները գերազանց արդյունք ստանալու համար խորհուրդ են տալիս սխտորը թարմ օգտագործել:
