Հավաքական անվտանգության Պայմանագրի կազմակերպության համար անընդունելի է այն, ինչ վերջին շրջանում տեղի է ունեցել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Արմենպրես-ը, «Բաղրամյան» զորավարժարանում այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան:
«Մեզ համար անընդունելի է այն, որ ռմբակոծվել են Հայաստանի տարածքները, ծանր զինատեսակներ են օգտագործվել խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ: Նման դեպքերը մեզ համար բացարձակ անընդունելի են», - հայտարարեց Բորդյուժան:
ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը նաեւ ընդգծեց, որ իրենց անհանգստացնում է այն հանգամանքը, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի խորհրդի, Կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հայտարարարությունները հարեւան երկրի` Ադրբեջանի վրա որեւէ ազդեցություն չեն թողնում: ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը նշեց, որ միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է ամեն ինչ անի, որպեսզի ԼՂ հակամարտությունը խաղաղ կարգավորում ստանա, եւ իրավիճակն ավելի չսրվի:
Նրա խոսքով, ներկայում Իրաքում, Սիրիայում եւ աշխարհի այլ «թեժ կետերում» տիրող իրավիճակը հաշվի առնելով` չպետք է թույլ տալ, որ եւս մեկ «թեժ կետ» առաջանա:
