5 միֆ շամպունների մասին, որ պետք է իմանա յուրաքանչյուրը

Շամպունը բավականին հաճախ օգտագործվող մաքրող նյութ է, որի մասին շատերը սխալ կարծիք ունեն։ Հավանաբար, շատերն են առնչվել գլխամաշկի կամ վարսերի հետ խնդիրներին ու հույսը դրել են բուժող շամպունների վրա։
Tochka-ն գրում է, որ վարսերին կրկին թարմ տեսք ու փայլ հաղորդելու համար պետք է ճիշտ օգտագործել շամպունը և խուսափել մի քանի սխալներից։
1. Շամպունը պետք է տարածել վարսերի ամբողջ երկարությամբ։ Սա ամենատարածված սխալն է։ Նույնիսկ շամպունների գովազդներում աղջիկներն այն տարածում են վարսերի ամբողջ երկարությամբ։ Իրականում, պետք է լվանալ միայն գլխամաշկը և պետք է այնպիսի շամպուն ընտրել, որը կհամապատասխանի ձեր գլխամաշկին։ Եթե շամպունը տարածեք նաև վարսերի ծայրերին, ապա դրանք շատ արագ կճյուղավորվեն։ Վարսերի ծայրերը պարզապես ջրով լվացեք։
2. Պրոֆեսիոնալ շամպունն ավելի օգտակար է, քան հասարակը։ Իրականում շամպունը բուժիչ հատկություններ չունի, այն միայն մաքրում է գլխամաշկը։ Պրոֆեսիոնալ ու սովորական շամպունների միջև ընտրություն կատարելիս՝ ուշադրություն դարձրեք ոչ թե բրենդին, այլ բաղադրությանը։
3. Շամպունը պետք է հաճախ փոխել։ Սա ևս սխալ է։ Եթե շամպունը ձեզ դուր է գալիս, ապա այն փոխելու կարիք չկա։ Սակայն, եթե նկատում եք, որ այն վնասում է գլխամաշկն, ապա այլ բաղադրություն ունեցող շամպուն փնտրեք։
4. «Երկուսը մեկում» պիտակով շամպունները նույնքան լավ են ազդում, որքան շամպունն ու կոնդիցիոները։ Այսպիսի շամպունները կարելի է օգտագործել միայն հատուկ դեպքերում, երբ ժամանակ չունեք մի քանի մաքրող նյութ օգտագործել։ Սակայն դրանք ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի հաճախ օգտագործել։ Այսպիսի շամպունները համապատասխանում են ճանապարհորդությունների համար։
5. Ամեն օր վարսերը լվանալը վնասակար է։ Այս փաստը ևս միֆ է համարվում։ Բժիշկներն ասում են, որ վարսերը պետք է լվանալ այն ժամանակ, երբ դրանք կեղտոտվում են։ Սա ամեն մարդու մոտ տարբեր հաճախականություն ունի։ Չոր մաշկ ունեցողները կարող են երկար ժամանակ չլվանալ վարսերը, իսկ յուղոտ մաշկ ունեցողները ստիպված են ավելի հաճախ լվանալ դրանք։
