Ամբողջ աշխարհում կառուցվում են նոր և սուպերժամանակակից մեգապոլիսներ, և այդ քաղաքները փաստացիորեն հանդիսանում են ապագայի կառույցների նախատիպերը, եթե, իհարկե, մարդկությունը շարունակի գոյատևել:

1. Լուսաիլ (Քաթար)

2010 թ. Քաթարը իրավունք ստացավ 2022 թ. ֆուտբոլի առաջնությունն իր մոտ անցկացնելու: Մարզադաշտ կառուցելու փոխարեն երկիրը որոշեց, որ ավելի լավ կլինի նոր քաղաք կառուցել 45 մլրդ դոլարով: Պատկերացրեք, ընդամենը 12 տարում 450 հազար մարդկանց համար նոր քաղաք է կառուցվում՝ ամբողջովին ամայի տարածության մեջ: Լուսաիլ Սիթիում կգործի տրանսպորտային նորագույն համակարգ, քաղաքային հովացման համակարգ և պնևմատիկ աղբահան խողովակ: Բացի այդ՝ որպես զբոսաշրջային գլխավոր կենտրոն կկառուցվի Կետաֆիան կղզին:

 

2. Խելացի քաղաք Ֆուձիսավա (Ճապոնիա)

Fujisawa Sustainable Smart Town. այսպես է կոչվում 740 մլրդ դոլար արժեցող այս նախագիծը: Քաղաքի կառուցումը սկսվել է 2014 թվականին, և այսօր այնտեղ ապրում է շուրջ հազար մարդ: Կառուցումը կավարտվի 2020 թվականին, և այնտեղ կլինեն հազարավոր տներ, որոնք արևային լիցքավորումներ կունենան: Ֆուձիսավայում գործում է անվտանգության յուրօրինակ համակարգ՝ 50 տեսախցիկներով, իսկ բնակիչները կարող են այդ բոլոր ծառայությունները ղեկավարել սմարթ-տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով:

 

3. Պենա Սթեյշն Նեքսթ (ԱՄՆ)

Pena Station Next` ամերիկացիների պատասխանն է ճապոնական Ֆուձիսավային: Այս փոքրիկ քաղաքի կառուցումն արդեն սկսվել է Դենվերի միջազգային օդանավակալանից ոչ հեռու: Եթե Ֆուձիսավան ուղղակի սմարթ հասարակություն է, ապա Պենա Սթեյշնը համարվում է «ինտելեկտուալ քաղաքային լաբորատորիա» ապագա այն տեխնոլոգների վերապատրաստման համար, որոնք հաջորդիվ կառուցվող սմարթ քաղաքների կառուցմամբ են զբաղվելու: Քաղաքի տներում կան թափանցիկ հեռուստաէկրաններ, որոնք փոխարինելու են եկել լուսամուտների ապակիներին և սառնարանների դռներին, նաև ամբողջովին ավտոմատացված սմարթ խոհանոցներ: Առաջին 220 բնակարանները օգտագործման կհանձնվեն 2018 թվականին:

 

4. Գանդինագար (Հնդկաստան)

Սա հին քաղաք է, սակայն պատրաստվում է դառնալ հնդկական առաջին «խելացի» քաղաքը: Արդեն տեղադրվել են շրջակա միջավայրի մասին տեղեկություններ հաղորդող սենսորները, ծանուցման նորարական համակարգը և անգամ գործում է թեժ գիծ: Գանդինագարի զարգացման առաջին էտապն է սա, խոշորագույն փոփոխությունները դեռ առջևում են:

 

5. Աբդալլա թագավորի տնտեսական քաղաք (Սաուդյան Արաբիա)

Սաուդյան Արաբիան հրաշալի վայր է, որտեղ, թվում է, գումարը երբեք չի վերջանում: Աբդալլա թագավորի տնտեսական քաղաքը գիտաֆանտաստիկ ուտոպիաների վերջին տարբերակն է, որը կառուցվում է չորացած անապատում: Դրա կառուցման մասին հայտնել են դեռևս 2005 թվականին: Քաղաքը պատրաստ կլինի 2035 թվականին և կարևորագույն կենտրոն կհանդիսանա, որը կկապի Սաուդյան Արաբիայի երկու սրբավայրերը՝ Մեդինան և Մեքքան: Մեգապոլիսի կառուցումը գնահատվում է 100 մլրդ դոլար:
