Շուշիի Գոհար Աղա (Վերին Ջումա) Մզկիթի շրջակայքում հնագիտական պեղումների մզկիթի եւ վերականգնողական աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանում շրջանառվող մեկնաբանությունների վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանություն է տվել ԼՂՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Սերգեյ Շահվերդյանը:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Սերգեյ Շահվերդյանի մեկնաբանության մեջ ասվում է. «Արցախում գտնվող ցանկացած պատմամշակութային հուշարձան Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի սեփականությունն է, և  այդ թվում՝ պարսկական մշակույթի հուշարձանների պահպանությունը, ուսումնասիրումն ու վերականգնումը մեր առաջնահերթ խնդիրներից է: 2015 թվականից Արցախի Հանրապետությունը միացել է Հնագիտական ժառանգության պահպանության մասին եվրոպական և Եվրոպայի ճարտարապետական ժառանգության պաշտպանության կոնվենցիաներին, ինչը նշանակում է, ո ր  այդ բնագավառում արցախյան կողմն իր վրա է վերցրել պարտավորություններ, որոնց անվերապահորեն հետևում է: Շուշիի Վերին Մզկիթի վերականգնման աշխատանքների ամբողջ գործընթացը համապատասխանում է վերոհիշյալ կոնվենցիայի դրույթներին:

Ցանկանում եմ հատկապես ընդգծել, որ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում  պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների ուսումնասիրման եւ վերականգնման ծրագրերը մշակվում եւ իրականացվում են անկախ ցանկացած երրորդ կողմի վերաբերմունքից եւ մեկնաբանություններից»:
