ՊԵԿ-ի նախազգուշացմանը չարձագանքողներին սպասվում է խիստ հսկողություն

 Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանի հանձնարարությամբ դեռևս նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերից բիզնեսի հետ ոլորտային հանդիպումներ են մեկնարկել: Կոմիտեն ներկայացրել է ռիսկերն ու անհատական վերլուծությունների համակարգի հիման վրա կազմել յուրաքանչյուր ընկերության ստվերի անձնագիրը:

«Բիզնեսին առաջարկվել է ինքնակամ վերանայել հարկային վարքագիծը: Այդ ընթացքում կոմիտեն զերծ է մնացել պատժիչ միջոցառումից»,-նշել է ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կարեն Բրուտյանը: Երկխոսության արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով կոմիտեն որոշում է կայացրել ներգրավել նաև հասարակական կազմակերպություններին: Այսօր արդեն՝ փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի շահերը ներկայացնող կառույցների հետ հանդիպմանը, ՊԵԿ-ն ամփոփել է կատարված աշխատանքը: Արձանագրվել են դրական արդյունքներ, որոնք արտացոլվել են ինչպես 2016թ. , այնպես էլ այս տարվա եռամսյակի մուտքերում: Այդուհանդերձ կան որոշ տնտեսվարողներ, որոնք վարքագծի փոփոխման պատրաստակամություն չեն դրսևորել: Նրանց նկատմամբ ՊԵԿ-ը նախազգուշացումից անցնում է հսկողական լայնածավալ գործողությունների՝ հասարակական կազմակերպություններին ևս առաջարկելով ներգրավվել իրականացվող աշխատանքներում: «Հակառակ ՊԵԿ-ի հորդորներին՝ պետք է փաստենք, որ տարբեր ոլորտներում դեռևս շարունակական բնույթ են կրում իրավախախտումները, որոնց հարցում կոմիտեն հետևողական է լինելու՝ տալով քրեաիրավական կամ վարչաիրավական գնահատական»,-հայտնել է ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Արմեն Սաքապետոյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ծախսերի ուռճացման, թաքցվող շրջանառության, գների թերհայտարարագրման, ՀԴՄ շահագործման կանոնների խախտման ռիսկերը բացահայտելու նպատակով այսուհետ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ են իրականացվելու անբարեխիղճ տնտեսվարողների նկատմամբ: «Անփաստաթուղթ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը բացառելու նպատակով օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ են իրականացվելու առևտրի կազմակերպման վայրերում: Ընդ որում, ՀԴՄ կտրոնը չի համարվելու ուղեկցող փաստաթուղթ»,-ընդգծել է ՊԵԿ օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության պետ Գարեգին Առաքելյանը:

ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կարեն Բրուտյանը վստահեցրել է, որ կոմիտեն մշտապես դիտակետում է պահելու անբարեխիղճ տնտեսվարողներին՝ իրականացնելով հասցեական հսկողություն՝ բոլորի համար ապահովելով հավասար մրցակցային միջավայր. «Հարկեր վճարելուց չարամտորեն խուսափել շարունակող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների նկատմամբ, ինչպես խոստացել էինք, առաջիկայում իրականացվելու են շատ խիստ հսկողական միջոցառումներ»: Միաժամանակ Կարեն Բրուտյանը վստահեցրել է՝ կոմիտեն որևէ կերպ չի միջամտելու օրինապահ հարկ վճարողների գործունեությանը:
