Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են արգելափակել անկախ մամուլի գործունեությունը

 Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները տարբեր միջոցներով հետևողականորեն արգելափակում են երկրի անկախ մամուլի գործունեությունը:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.info լրատվական գործակալությունը:

Ադրբեջանական անկախ լրատվամիջոցներ համարվող Meydan TV-ի և «Ազատություն» թերթի կայքերը ժամանակ առ ժամանակ արգելափակվում են տեսական լսարանի համար, ինչի պատճառը նրանց այլընտրանքային, ընդդիմադիր և ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների որդեգրած քաղաքականությանը հակասող տեղեկության տարածումն է:

«Ազատ Եվրոպա/ Ազատություն ռադիոկայան»-ի նախագահ Թոմաս Քենթը ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին քննադատել է տեղական լսարանի համար այլընտրանքային տեղեկության սահմանափակման մեջ, և դա որակել որպես կոպիտ չարաշահում:

Ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին երկրի ներսում խոսքի ազատության սահմանափակման համար քննադատել և անազատ երկրների շարքում է դասել նաև Freedom House մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային կազմակերպությունը:

Amnesty International մարդու իրավունքների կազմակերպությունը և VirtualRoad.org կայքը գրում են, որ վերջին ամիսներին ընդդիմադիր կայքերի վրա կատարված կիբեռհարձակումները կատարվել են նույն IP հասցեից:

VirtualRoad.org կայքի փոխանցմամբ՝ ադրբեջանական ընդդիմադիր կայքերը յուրաքանչյուր 15 րոպեն դիտարկվում և ստուգվում են Ադրբեջանի կառավարության համար աշխատող հատուկ կիբեռխմբերի կողմից, իսկ Amnesty International-ը ընդգծում է, որ այդ խմբերը վիրուսային ծրագրեր են տարածում հայտնի ընդդիմադիր ակտիվիստների, լրագրողների և իրավապաշտպանների ինտերնետային հաշիվներում:

Մարտի 27-ին azadliq.info լրատվական գործակալությունը հայտնել է, որ արգելափակվել են ադրբեջանական «Ազատություն» թերթի, «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի և meydan.tv-ի կայքերը:

Գործակալությունը նշել էր, որ այս կայքերն արգելափակվել են միայն Ադրբեջանի տարածքում, իսկ Ադրբեջանի սահմաններից դուրս օգտատերերը կարողանում են օգտվել կայքերից:
