Կարևորվել է ՀԱԷԿ-ի պլանային նախազգուշական վերանորոգման միջոցառումների պատշաճ կազմակերպումը

Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգման ծրագրի շրջանակներում ապրիլի 14-ին Երևանում տեղի է ունեցել հայ-ռուսական Համատեղ համակարգող հանձնախմբի չորրորդ նիստը՝ ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարի խորհրդական Արեգ Գալստյանի և «Ռոսատոմ» պետական կորպորացիայի գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ, զարգացման և միջազգային բիզնեսի գծով տնօրեն Կիրիլ Կոմարովի համանախագահությամբ։ Նիստին մասնակցել են ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության, ՀՀ ԿԱ միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման պետական կոմիտեի, «Հայկական ԱԷԿ» ՓԲԸ-ի, «Ռոսատոմ» պետական կորպորոցիայի և «Ռուսատոմ Սերվիս» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչները։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, համատեղ համակարգող հանձնախմբի չորրորդ նիստի մասնակիցներն անդրադարձել են ՀԱԷԿ-ի 2-րդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգման ծրագրի շրջանակներում իրականացված աշխատանքների ընթացքին, քննարկել 2017թ. պլանային նախազգուշական վերանորոգման և վերալիցքավորման, շահագործման թույլտվության, մասնավորապես՝ գործիքային հետազոտման և հաշվարկային հիմնավ որման, սարքավորումների արդիականացման և փոխարինման միջոցառումների հետ կապված հարցերը։ Դիտարկվել են նաև տեղեկատվական-ուսումնական նախագծերի իրականացման, այդ թվում՝ ՌԴ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում ատոմային էներգետիկայի ոլորտին առնչվող մասնագիտությունների գծով հայ ուսանողների ներգրավման և ուսուցման հնարավորությունները։
Անդրադառնալով առաջիկա անելիքներին՝ «Ռոսատոմ» պետական կորպորացիայի գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Կ. Կոմարովը կարևորել է ՀԱԷԿ-ի պլանային նախազգուշական վերանորոգման (ՊՆՎ-2017) միջոցառումների պատշաճ կազմակերպումը.
-Այս պահին անհրաժեշտ է կենտրոնանալ ՊՆՎ-2017-ի նախապատրաստման միջոցառումների իրականացման վրա, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի ժամանակին և բարեհաջող ավարտել պլանային նախազգուշական վերանորոգման աշխատանքները՝ հիմնական շեշտը դնելով ՀԱԷԿ-ի անվտանգության վրա։
Նիստի արդյունքում ընդունվել են մի շարք որոշումներ, այդ թվում՝ ՀԱԷԿ-ը լրացուցիչ շահագործման ժամկետին նախապատրաստելու համախմբված միջոցառումների և երկարաձգման ներդրումային ծրագրերի մշակման վերաբերյալ։ Հաստատվել է ՊՆՎ-2017-ի ընթացքում երկրորդ էներգաբոլկի տեխնիկական վիճակի ուսումնասիրման և գնահատման լրացուցիչ միջոցառումների ցանկը, դիտարկվել են արդիականացման աշխատանքներին նախագծային և գլխամասային կապալառու կազմակերպությունների ներգրավման հնարավորությունները։
