Պետական պարտատոմսերի աճուրդները տեղափոխվում են ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ-ի հարթակ

ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունն ապրիլի 25-ից սկսած պարտքի տեղաբաշխման հարթակը ԿԲ-ից տեղափոխում է ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ բորսայի հարթակ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին ապրիլի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ՖՆպետական պարտի կառավարմանվարչության պետ Արշալույս Մարգարյանը: Նրա խոսքով` աճուրդները տեղափոխվել են ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ-ի հարթակ, քանի որ նախարարությունն այնտեղ ստանում է ավելի լայն հնարավորություն իր մտահաղացումներն իրականացնելու, նաև շուկայի մասնակիցների գործը հեշտացնելու համար:
«Ավելի հասանելի ենք դառնում բոլոր շուկաներին, տեսանելի ու հասկանալի` բոլոր արտաքին շուկաների համար: Մենք փոխել ենք մեր կողմից թողարկվող պետական պարտատոմսերի գրանցման համարների շնորհման կարգը: Նախկինում դրանք հասկանալի չէին արտաքին ներդրողին: Համաշխարհային պրակտիկայում գոյություն ունի գրանցման համարների ընդունման համակարգ, որին մենք միացանք մեկ տարի առաջ: Այժմ մեր պարտատոմսերը, ցանկացած այլ երկրի պարտատոմսերի նման, տարբերվում են միմյանցից: Մարդիկ կարող են դրանց վերաբերյալ վերլուծություններ անել և ներդրումներ կատարել»,< /strong>- ասաց Մարգարյանը:
