Գիտնականները պարզել են, թե պլանշետներն ու սմարթֆոնները ինչով են վտանգավոր փոքր երեխաների համար

Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ փոքր երեխաների կողմից  պլանշետների ու սմարթֆոնների կանոնավար օգտագործումը կրճատում Է նրանց քնի ժամանակը: Հետազոտողների հոդվածը հրապարակված Է Scientific Reports հանդեսում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Մի խումբ գիտնականներ՝ Լոնդոնի Բիրքբեք համալսարանի աշխատակից Թիմ Սմիթի ղեկավարությամբ, անցկացրել են այն ծնողների առցանց-հարցում, որոնք դաստիարակում են վեցից մինչեւ 36 ամսական երեխաների: 
 
Հարցման մասնակիցներին խնդրել են նշել երեխաների ցերեկային ու գիշերային քնի միջին տեւողությունը եւ պատմել, թե որքան հաճախ Է երեխան արթնանում գիշերը եւ որքան ժամանակ Է նրան պահանջվում քնելու համար:
 
Հարցված ծնողների 70 տոկոսը սմարթֆոն կամ պլանշետ ուներ տանը: Այն երեխաների թիվը, որոնք կարող Էին օգտվել այդ տեխնիկայից, կազմել Է 75 տոկոս: Ուսումնասիրության համաձայն, սենսորային սարքերից օգտվում Էր 6-ից մինչեւ 11 ամսական երեխաների կեսից ավելին (51 տոկոսը), իսկ երկուսից մինչեւ երեք տարեկան երեխաների շրջանում պլանշետներին անծանոթներ գործնականում չկային (օգտատերերի 92 տոկոսը):
 
Հետազոտության արդյունքների համաձայն, դեւայսի առջեւ անցկացրած յուրաքանչյուր ժամը երեխայի քունը կրճատում Է 15,6 րոպեով: Նաեւ նշվել Է, որ այն երեխաները, որոնք գաջեթներ են օգտագործում, ավելի դժվարությամբ են քնում: 
Արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս, որ սենսորային Էկրաններով սարքերի տարածվածությունն ու հասանելիությունը հանգեցնում Է այն բանին, որ դրանք ակտիվորեն օգտագործում են ամենափոքրիկները, եւ դա հանգեցնում Է քնի ժամանակի կրճատման»,-նշել Է հետազոտողների խմբի ղեկավար Թիմ Սմիթը:
Գիտնականն ընդգծել Է, որ խնդրի հետագա ուսումնասիրությունը կօգնի հասկանալ, թե արդյոք քնի հետ կապված խնդիրներն իրոք գաջեթների հետ են կապված, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
