Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հույս ունի, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը շարունակելու է ամրանալ և զարգանալ ի բարօրություն անդամ երկրների ժողովուրդների: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին Բիշքեկում Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին հայտարարեց Վլադիմիր Պուտինը` կարծիք հայտնելով, որ նման լավատեսության համար կան բոլոր հիմքերը: ՌԴ նախագահն իր ելույթ ում մատնանշեց Միության գրանցած արդյունքները, խոսեց հաջողությունների և խնդիրների մասին: Նրա ներկայացմամբ` այս տարվա հունվարին նախորդ տարվա հունվարի համեմատ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների միջև փոխադարձ առևտրի ծավալն ավելացել է 38 տոկոսով, իսկ ԵԱՏՄ պետությունների՝ երրորդ երկրներ մատակարարումներն ավելացել են 37 տոկոսով:

«Զգալի բարելավվել է արտահանման և ներմուծման կառուցվածքը: 2016 թվականին ԵԱՏՄ-ում գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գրանցվել է 4 տոկոս աճ: Ավելացել է նաև արդյունաբերությունում աճը: Այս ոլորտների դրական դինամիկա ենք կանխատեսում նաև ընթացիկ տարում»,- ասաց Պուտինը` ընդգծելով, որ ճգնաժամերը գալիս են, բայց վաղ թե ուշ անցնում են:

ՌԴ նախագահը նաև նշեց, որ զգալի աճը ձեռնտու է ինչպես Միության գործընկերներին, այնպես էլ ռուսական սպառողներին: 2016 թվականին Ռուսաստան է եկել Միության համախառն մատակարարումների ավելի քան 62 տոկոսը: «Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների առևտրաշրջանառությունն ավելացել է, ընդ որում զգալի չափով` 22 տոկոսով: Միության շուկայի շնորհիվ Ղազախստանում զարգանում է նոր ոլորտ` մեքենաշինություն: Ղրղզստանում ստեղծվում են տեքստիլ արդյունաբերության զարգացման համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ: 2016 թվականին ղրղզական թեթև արդյունաբերական ապր անքների արտահանումը Միության շուկա ավելացել է 38 տոկոսով: Բելառուսում արտադրված մի շարք ապրանքատեսակներ ՌԴ-ի շուկայում դիտվում են, որպես տեղական արտադրանք և օգտվում են արտոնություններից ՌԴ պետական գնումներին մասնակցելիս»,- թվարկեց Պուտինը:

Անդրադառնալով Միության իրավական համագործակցությանը` նա նշեց, որ այդ ուղղությամբ վերջին շրջանում աշխատանքներ են տարվել` համաձայնեցվել են այնպիսի կառուցվածքային փաստաթղթեր, ինչպիսին է մաքսային համաձայնագիրը:

Պուտինի դիտարկմամբ` առաջնային անհրաժեշտություն է մակրոտնտեսական իրավիճակի հետագա լավացումը:

«Ապրանքների ազատ տեղաշարժի համար կարևոր է խոչընդոտների հաղթահարումը: Այդպիսի պատնեշները, ցավոք սրտի, մեզ մոտ պահպանվում են, բայց մենք պայմանավորվում ենք դրանք աստիճանաբար վերացնել: Համաձայնագրով դրանք ամբողջությամբ կվերացվեն մինչև 2025 թվականը»,- ասաց նա:

Ելույթի վերջում ՌԴ նախագահը խոսեց ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջազգային գործունեության մասին` նշելով, որ արդեն ազատ առևտրի համաձայնություններ են գործում Վիետնամի հետ, բանակցություններ են ընթանում Չինաստանի, Իսրայելի, Սերբիայի, Հնդկաստանի, Եգիպտոսի, Սինգապուրի և Իրանի հետ: Նրա խոսքով` ակտիվ է հաղորդակցությունը նաև Շանհայան, Ասիական և այլ համագործակցության կազմակերպությունների հետ:
