Հայաստանի կրթության ոլորտում ընդլայնվում է տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրումը

  Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դպրոցներում այսուհետև ավելի կբարելավվի կրթության որակը, կներդրվեն նորարարություններ, կբարձրացվի մանկավարժի վարկանիշը։ 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս ամենը կյանքի կկոչվի ապրիլի 14-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության և գիտության նախարարության ու Microsoft ընկերության միջև ստորագրված փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի միջոցով։ 
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության և գիտության նախարարության և Microsoft ընկերության միջև ստորագրվեց փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր։ 
Հուշագիրը ստորագրեցին ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ու ԱՊՀ-ում Microsoft-ի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի < b>ղեկավար Ռոնալդ Բինկոֆսկին։ 

ՀՀ ԿԳ Լևոն Մկրտչյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ տարիներ շարունակ Microsoft ընկերությունը կրթության ոլորտում շատ մեծ աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում։ 

«Արդեն ավելի քան մեկ տասնամյակ ընկերությունը փոփոխություններ է մտցնում հայաստանյան կրթական ոլորտում՝ առաջարկելով նոր տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներ, համագործակցության նոր ձևաչափեր»,- նշեց Լևոն Մկրտչյանը։ 
Ռոնալդ Բինկոֆսկին էլ իր հերթին ցանկություն հայտնեց իր 25-ամյա փորձով փոխանցել ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության աշխատակիցներին։ 

«Մենք պատրաստ ենք աջակցել հայաստանյան կրթական համակարգին մեր հնարավորությունների չափով և սպասում ենք նորանոր ձեռքբերումների և այլ համատեղ համագործակցության»,- ընդգծեց ԱՊՀ-ում Microsoft-ի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի ղեկավարը։   

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը սույն հուշագրով պարտավորվում է աշխատանքային խմբերում մասնակցության միջոցով ռազմավարության մշակել և իրականացնել, գնահատել ծրագիրը, աջակցել ազգային ծրագրերին, որոնք միտված են  տեղեկատվական հաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաների (ՏՀՏ) ներդրմանը կրթության ոլորտում։ 
Նույն պարտավորություններն ունի նաև Microsoft ընկերությունը, ինչպես նաև աջակցելը նորարարական կրթական նախաձեռնությունների ռազմավարության մշակմանն ու իրականացմանը։ 

Հուշագրի շրջանակում Microsoft ընկերությունն ուսումնական գործընթացում կներդնի ծրագրային արտադրանքներ։ Հետաքրքիր նախաձեռնությունների միջոցով կխրախուսվեն ուսուցիչների և աշակերտների ինքնակրթության ձգտումը և մասնակցությունը սեմինարներին, վերապատրաստումներին և տարբեր ուսումնական հաստատությունների ուսուցիչների միջև փորձի փոխանակման ծրագրերին։
