Ծննդատներում ավարտվել է երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի առցանց դիմելը խրախուսող քարոզարշավը

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայությունը 2017թ.-ի մարտի 9-ից ապրիլի 6-ը Հայաստանի գրեթե բոլոր ծննդատներում կազմակերպել էր երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստն առցանց դիմումի միջոցով ստանալու նոր տեղեկատվական համակարգի հանրային քարոզարշավ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նաարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
«ԸՆԴԱՄԵՆԸ 3 ՔԱՅԼ, ԸՆԴԱՄԵՆԸ 10 ՕՐ ԵՎ ՆՊԱՍՏԻ ԳՈՒՄԱՐԸ ՁԵՐ ՀԱՇՎԻՆ Է» կարգախոսով քարոզարշավի նպատակն էր իրազեկել երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքներին առավել հարմար և նոր հնարավորություններով ծառայությունից օգտվելու տարբերակի մասին: Համացանցին կապ ունեցող ցանկացած սարքից երիտասարդ ծնողները կարող են անմիջապես գրանցվել, և նշելով բանկային հաշվի համարը կամ նախընտրելի բանկը, առանց Ծառայության տարածքային բաժիններ այցելելու, 10 օրվա ընթացքում ստանալ երեխայի ծննդյան նպաստը:
Գրեթե բոլոր ծննդատներն աջակցել են քարոզարշավին՝ համակարգի մասին իրազեկող պաստառները տեղադրելով ծննդատներում և թույլատրել Ծառայության աշխատակիցներին և կամավորներին հենց տեղերում օգնել ծնողներին գրանցվել կայքում և առցանց դիմումով ստանալ ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը:
Քարոզարշավի արդյունքում առցանց դիմումների մասին ստացված վիճակագրությունն առավել քան խոսուն է. փետրվար ամսվա համեմատ առցանց դիմումների թիվն աճել է ավելի քան 11 անգամ: Այսպիսով՝ Ծառայությունը քայլեր է ձեռնարկում ինչպես ծառայությունների որակի ու մատչելիության բարձրացման, այնպես էլ՝ թաքնված տարատեսակ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ:
