Թուրքիայում հանրաքվեն Էրդողանի համար դրական արդյունք կունենա

Թուրքիայում անցկացված սոցհարցումների համաձայն սահմանադրական հանրաքվեին «կողմ» և «դեմ» արտահայտվողների ձայները քանակով շատ քիչ են տարբերվում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում թուրքագետ Լևոն Հովսեփյանը նշեց, որ հաշվի առնելով սոցիոլոգիական հարցումների արդյունքները, կարող ենք ասել, որ նախագահ Էրդողանը կհաթի, բայց ոչ ձայների շատ էական տարբերությամբ:
Թուրքագետը նշեց, որ Թուրքիայի իշխանություններն ունեն այդ ներուժը և թեկուզ չնչին տարբերությամբ, ամեն դեպքում «այո»-ի ձայները կգերակշռեն: Լևոն Հովսեփյանը նշեց, որ իշխանությունները քարոզարշավի ընթացքում բավական լավ օգտագործեցին մի քանի գործոններ:
«Նախ չափազանց մեծ դեր խաղաց քարոզարշավին հենց Էրդողանի մասնակցությունը: Տեսանք, որ իշխանությունը կարողանում է «այո»-ի ճամբարը մոբիլիզացնել: Դրանից բացի, քաղաքական գործոնները ևս որոշակի դեր խաղացին, մասնավորապես, եղավ Ազգայնական շարժում կուսակցության աջակցությունը: Դրանով կարելի է ասել, որ պահպանողական, ազգայնական և քաղաքական շրջանակների սերտաճում եղավ, ինչն էրդողանի համար այս փուլում շատ կարևոր է»,-ասաց Լևոն Հովսեփյանը:
Եվրամիության հետ հարաբերությունների վատթարացումը, ըստ թուրքագետի, որոշակիորեն մերկացրեց նաև իշխանությունների ազգայնական հռետորաբանությունը: Սրանով երկրի ներսում Էրդողանը կարողացավ մեծացնել հանրային կոնսոլիդացիան:
«Դա Թուրքիայում լավ աշխատող մեխանիզմ է, արտաքին վտանգին ի պատասխան համախմբվելու մարտավարություն: Այնպես որ, կարծում եմ` հանրաքվեն իշխանությունների համար դրական արդյունք կունենա, բայց ոչ ձայների էական տարբերությամբ: Ամեն դեպքում հասարակության մի զգալի հատվածում կա մտավախություն, որ երկրում բռնատիրության խորացում կլինի»,-հավելեց Լևոն Հովսեփյանը:
Անդրադառնալով ԵՄ-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների վատթարացմանը` Լևոն Հովսեփյանը նշեց, որ հանրաքվեից հետո իշխանությունները մասամբ կհանդարտվեն, դրանից հետո որոշ հստակեցումներ կլինեն:
Թուրքիայում ապրիլի 16-ին նախատեսված է սահմանադրական հանրաքվե: Սահմանադրական փոփոխություններով երկրում անցում է կատարվելու կառավարման նախագահական համակարգի: Մեջլիսի պատգամավորների թիվը 550-ից դառնալու է 600: Պատգամավոր ընտրվելու տարիքը 25-ից իջեցվելու է 18-ի: Մեջլիսի և նախագահի ընտրություններն անց են կացվելու 5 տարին մեկ միևնույն օրը: Երկրի նախագահն այսուհետ կարող է լինել կուսակցական:
