ԿԺԴՀ-ն նույնպես պատրաստ Է «կանխիչ հարված» հասցնել ամերիկյան ուժերին

 Հյուսիսային Կորեայի արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Հան Սոն Ռյոլը «Ասոշիեյթեդ պրես» գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում ԱՄՆ-ի վրա Է բարդել պատասխանատվությունը Կորեական թերակղզում իրադրության սրվելու համար եւ հայտարարել Է, որ ԿԺԴՀ-ն  պատրաստ Է «կանխիչ հարված» հասցնել տարածաշրջանում տեղաբաշխված ամերիկյան ուժերին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:
Հան Սոն Ռյոլն ասել Է, որ Կորեայում ստեղծված իրադրության համար առաջին հերթին պատասխանատու Է ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը: Իր «ագրեսիվ թվիթներով» Թրամփը «տհաճություններ Է ստեղծում», նշել Է նա: 
«Թրամփը մշտապես սադրանքներ Է հրահրում իր ագրեսիվ հայտարարություններով… Ուստի խնդիրներն ստեղծում են հենց Թրամփն ու ԱՄՆ-ը, այլ ոչ թե ԿԺԴՀ-ն»,- հայտարարել Է դիվանագետը:  
Նա նաեւ հավաստիացրել Է, որ Հյուսիսային Կորեան պատրաստ Է կանխիչ հարված հասցնել տարածաշրջանում տեղաբաշխված ամերիկյան ուժերին, եթե անհանգստանա իր սահմանների մոտ իրականացվող զորաշարժերից:  
«Եթե ԱՄՆ-ը խելացնոր զորաշարժեր սկսի , ԿԺԴՀ-ն կպատասխանի կանխիչ հարվածով… մեր տրամադրության տակ արդեն կա զսպման հզոր միջուկային գործիք, եւ մենք, իհարկե, ձեռքներս ծալած չենք նստի ու սպասի ԱՄՆ-ի կանխիչ հարվածին»,- հավելել Է դիվանագտը:
Ավելի վաղ NBC News հեռուստաալիքը՝ վկայակոչելով ամերիկյան հետախուզական միության մի քանի բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչների, հայտնել Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը պատրաստ Է կանխիչ հարված հասցնել Հյուսիսային Կորեայի ռազմական օբյեկտներին, եթե հասկանալի դառնա, որ Փենյանը պատրաստվում Է կատարել միջուկային զենքի հերթական փորձարկումը: 
Նրանց տեղեկատվությամբ՝ ԿԺԴՀ-ում կարող են հերթական փորձարկումն իրականացնել արդեն առաջիկա հանգստյան օրերին, ինչը կանխելու համար Հյուսիսային Կորեայի միջուկային զինափորձարանից 500 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա ԱՄՆ-ը տեղաբախշխել Է երկու Էսկադրային ականակիրներ՝ հանդերձված ,Tomahawkե թեւավոր հրթիռներով: Բացի դրանից, անհրաժեշության դեպքում հարվածին կմիանան ծանր ռմբակոծիչներ, որոնք տեղաբաշխված են Խաղաղ օվկիանոսի Գուամ կղզում: 
Հեռուստաալիքը ճշտում Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի հարվածը կարող Է ներառել ոչ միայն կենտրոնացված գնդակոծություն, այլեւ կիբեռգրոհներ եւ հատուկ գործողություններ «ցամաքում»:
