 ՀՀ-ում Լեհաստանի դեսպան Եժի Մարեկ Նովակովսկիի նախաձեռնությամբ և Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի հրավերով ապրիլի 9-ից 13-ը Հայաստան է ժամանել երեխաների իրավունքների լեհ պաշտպան Մարեկ Միխալակը, ինչպես նաև նրա աշխատակազմի սոցիալական հարցերով խորհրդատու, մանկավարժ, պրոֆեսոր, դոկտոր Բարբարա Սմոլինսկա Թայսը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանում Լեհաստանի դեսպանությ ունից:

Այցի շրջանակներում պատվիրակությունը մեկնել է Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնք, որտեղ այցելել է Արամայիս Սարգսյանի անվան միջնակարգ դպրոց` մասնակցելու երեխաների կողմից պատրաստած միջոցառմանը և ծանոթանալու դպրոցի խնդիրներին: Միջոցառման մասնակից երեխաները պարգևատրվել են զանազան նվերներով Լեհաստանը խորհրանշող աշխատանքներ և Զատիկին նվիրված ձվիկներ պատրաստելու համար:

Օմբուդսմեն Մարեկ Միխալակը և պրոֆեսոր Բարբարա Սմոլինսկա-Թայսը հնարավորություն ունեցան նաև հանդիպելու Երևանի պետական համալսարանի պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմի, ինչպես նաև իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի ուսանողների հետ: Երեխաների օմբուդսմենը ներկայացրեց ներկաներին իր հաստատության գործունեության շրջանակներն ու լիազորությունները` նշելով, որ Լեհաստանում երեխաների իրավունքների ձևավորման ակունքները բխում են աշխարհահռչակ լեհ մանկավարժ Յանուշ Կորչակի գաղափարներից. «Պատերազմի ժամանակաշրջանում, երբ կյանքը քիչ արժեք ուներ, նա (Կորչակը) գրո ւմ էր երեխաների հարգանք ունենալու իրավունքի մասին»: Բարբարա Սմոլինսկա-Թայսը, ներկայացնելով Կորչակին, հավելեց. «Այսօր Կորչակը դասվում է 20-րդ դարի մեծագույն մանկավարժերի շարքին: Նրա դիմանկարը զարդարում է տարբեր երկրների մանկավարժական ուսումնական հաստատությունների պատերը: Նա դասվում է այնպիսի հեղինակությունների թվին, ինչպիսիք են Ժան Ժակ Ռուսոն, Ջոն Լոքը, Յոհան Հայնրիխ Պեստալոցցին»:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակում հանդիպումներ են կայացել օմբուդսմեն Արման Թաթոյանի, գրասենյակի անձնակազմի, ինչպես նաև երեխաների հարցերով զբաղվող հասարկական և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, ովքեր առիթ ունեցան իրենց հետաքրքրող հարցերն ուղղել արդեն 9 տարի պաշտոնավորղ երեխաների իրավունքների լեհ պաշտպանին: Հանդիպման սկզբին Արման Թաթոյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց իր լեհ գործընկերոջը հրավերն ընդունելու և իր փորձով կիսվելու համար` հույս հայտնելով, որ երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում հմագործակցությունն առավել սերտ կլինի Եվրոպական երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ցանցի (ENOC) շրջանակներում:

Երևանյան հանդիպումների շարքն ավարտվեց Մարի Իզմիրլյանի անվան երեխաների խնամքի կենտրոն այցով, որտեղ բնակվում և դաստիարակվում են հատուկ կարիքով մտավոր և ֆիզիկական խանգարումներ ունեցող երեխաները: Հաստատության տնօրեն Հասմիկ Մկրտչյանն ընդունելով հայաստանյան և արտասահմանյան հյուրերին ներկայացրեց մանկատան աշխատանքը, երեխաների հետ պարապմունքներ իրականացնելու ընթացակարգն ու պայմանները:
