ԱՄՆ-ին զգուշավորությունը չէր խանգարի

«Թրամփը մշտապես սադրանքներ է ստեղծում իր ագրեսիվ հայտարարություններով, այդ պատճառով խնդիրներ են առաջացնում հենց Թրամփն ու ԱՄՆ-ն, այլ ոչ թե Հյուսիսային Կորեան»,-այս մասին հայտարարել է Հյուսիսային Կորեայի ԱԳ փոխնախարար Հան Սոն Ռյոլը։
Ակնհայտ է, որ սկսած 20-րդ դարից, աշխարհակարգում «մոդայիկ» է դարձել թեժ կետեր ունենալը։ Այդ առումով, առաջատարներն են ԱՄՆ-ն և Ռուսաստանը։ Երբեմն նաև մասնակցում է Մեծ Բրիտանիան, ինչպես եղավ Ֆոլկլենդյան կղզիների խնդրում։ Հաշվի առնելով Թրամփի էքսցենտրիկ բնավորությունը և իր նախորդներին յուրաքանչյուր հարցում հակադրվելու, գերազանցելու մոլուցքը, հնարավոր է նրա կողմից սանձազերծվի ցանկացած արկածախնդրություն։ Իր բոլոր ռազմական գործողությունները ԱՄՆ-ն հիմնավորել է հետևյալ հանգամանքներով ՝ միջազգային ահաբեկչություն, միջուկային զենք, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանություն և այլն։
Բոլոր դեպքերում, հարձակման ենթարկված երկրների առաջնորդները պնդել են, որ չունեն միջուկային զենք կամ իրենց մոտ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը բարձր մակարդակի է։ Հյուսիսային Կորեայի պարագայում բոլորովին այլ է։ Այն ընդհանրապես կապ չունի միջազգային ահաբեկչության հետ և դա բոլորը գիտեն։ Այս պետությունն ունի միջուկային զենք ու դա չի էլ թաքցնում, ավելին ՝ պնդում է, որ հարկ եղած դեպքում կօգտագործի և երրորդ, մարդու իրավունքներն այստեղ բացակայում ու դա գիտեն բոլորը։ Մեծ հաշվով Հյուսիսային Կորեայի ղեկավարները սա ևս չեն ժխտում։ Ի՞նչ մնում անել ԱՄՆ-ին։ ԱՄՆ-ն կարող է գնալ արհեստական լարվածության ՝ մեծացնելով կամ մասամբ թուլացնելով այն։ Կարող է բանակցել Հյուսիսային Կորեայի հետ և գալ վերջնական լուծման։ Եվ ունի երրորդ տարբերակը, որն ամենասարսափելին կլինի ՝ պատերազմ։ Իհարկե, ուժերի հարաբերակցության առումով ԱՄՆ-ն կարող է հողին հավասարացնել այս պետությունը, բայց այդ ընթացքում քիչ վնասներ չի կրի։ Ու ընդհանրապես նման զարգացումը հանցագործություն կլինի մարդկության հանդեպ, երկու կողմից էլ։ Մնում է հուսալ, որ Սպիտակ տան համապատասխան մարմինները, կկարողանան «խելք բացատրել» իրենց չարաճճի ղեկավարին։
