«Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրություններին պատրաստվող քաղաքական ուժերին հետաքրքրում է ոչ այնքան առկա դասավորությունների հարցը, որքան այն, թե ինչ պատկեր կլինի իշխանությունում 2018-ից հետո: Այսինքն, ճիշտ այն ժամանակ, երբ կավարտվի նախագահի լիազորությունների ժամկետը, իսկ երկիրը լիովին «կմխրճվի» կառավարման խորհրդարանական համակարգի մեջ:
