«Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրություններին պատրաստվող քաղաքական ուժերին հետաքրքրում է ոչ այնքան առկա դասավորությունների հարցը, որքան այն, թե ինչ պատկեր կլինի իշխանությունում 2018-ից հետո: Այսինքն, ճիշտ այն ժամանակ, երբ կավարտվի նախագահի լիազորությունների ժամկետը, իսկ երկիրը լիովին «կմխրճվի» կառավարման խորհրդարանական համակարգի մեջ:
Այս համատեքստում եւ շարքային քաղաքացիներին, եւ քաղաքական գործիչներին
հուզում է մեկ հարց որտե՞ղ է լինելու Սերժ Սարգսյանը: Այստեղից ծագում է նաեւ ենթահարց՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կմնա՞ իր տեղում:
Մեր տեղեկություններով, այս օրերին իշխանությունում հետաքրքիր սցենար են մտածում, որպեսզի երկրի եւ առաջին, եւ երրորդ դեմքերը գոհ մնան: Ըստ այդ նոր դասավորության, Սերժ Սարգսյանը, ինչպես հայտարարել է, չի հեռանա իշխանությունից ու քաղաքականությունից, կլինի վարչապետի պաշտոնում: Այդ դեպքում որտե՞ղ կլինի Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
Հարցին հետաքրքիր պատասխան եղավ` էլի վարչապետ, մեկ տարբերությամբ՝ այս անգամ փոխվարչապետ: Նա լինելու է Սերժ Սարգսյանի առաջին տեղակալը, պատասխանատու է լինելու տնտեսական բարեփոխումների համար: Այսպիսով, նրան հնարավորություն է ընձեռվելու հայտարարված բոլոր բարեփոխումներն ու ծրագրերը անմիջականորեն իրականացնելու: Իսկ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, ինչպես ասել էր, հետամուտ է լինելու երկրի անվտանգության ապահովմանը:
