«Ձանձրալի» քաղաքական դաշտ

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը վերջապես վավերացրեց խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյուքները։ Ինչպես և արդեն հայտնի էր, հանրապետական կուսակցությունն  ստացավ 58 մանդատ։ Այս թիվն ըստ էության բավարար է, որպեսզի հանրապետականը միայնակ կազմի կառավարություն՝ առանց կոալիցիայի։ Սակայն մյուս կողմից, դեռևս մինչ ընտրությունները Դաշնակցությունը քանիցս նշել էր, որ ամենայն հավանականությամբ ընտրություններից հետո էլ գործելու է ՀՀԿ-ՀՅԴ համագործակցության հուշագիրը՝ փաստացի շեշտելով, որ կոալիցիան երկարատև խնդիր է լուծում։

Այստեղ անշուտ կարող է հարց առաջանալ, թե Հանրապետականի ինչին է պետք է կոալիցիան Դաշնակցության հետ։ Սակայն մյուս կողմից հետաքրքրական է նշել, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում հենց Դաշնակցության հետ կոալիցիան առավել քան հրատապ է Հանրապետականի համար։

Բանն այն է, որ չնայած ընտրությունների պաշտոնական արդյունքներով Հանրապետական կուսակցության բացարձակ հաղթանակին, այնուամենայնիվ թերևս հենց Հանրապետականն է լավագույնս հասկանում երկրում առկա դժգոհության մակարդակը։

Այս տեսանկյունից պետք է նշել, որ ընտրությունների արդյունքները բոլորվին էլ չեն արտահայտում հասարակական իրական տրամադրությունները, որոնք մեղմ ասած բարեհաճ չեն Հանրապետականի նկատմամբ, բացի այս որևէ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ ընտրությունների հայտնի արդյունքները գրանցվել են վարչական լծակների ու ընտրակաշառքի լայնածավալ կիրառմամբ։

Սա ինքնին նշանակում է , որ հերթական անգամ Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը հաղթանակ տանելով ընտրություններում՝ ունի լեգիտիմության պակաս, որը լրացնելու ամենահեշտ տարբերակը կոալիցիան է։ Բնականաբար նման պայմաններում արդեն լիովին տրամաբանական է դառնում համագործակցությունը Դաշնակցության հետ, որի հետ հանրապետականները հին ընկերներ են։ Բացի այս Դաշնակցությունը անգամ ցանկության դեպքում չի կարող վտանգ ներկայացնել Հանրապետականի համար ՝ անգամ տիրապետելով որոշակի լծակների և իշխանության մասնաբաժնի։

Նման պայամաններում թերևս հարկ է ասել, որ առաջիկայում հայաստանյան հանրությանը որևէ անակնկալ չի սպասվում՝  իշխանության կուսակցության քայլերի տեսանկյունից և ամենայն հավանականությամբ արդեն Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններից հետո, հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտը հայտնվելու է խորը նիրհի մեջ։

Իհարկե, քաղաքականությունը մշտապես փոփոխվող գործընթաց է, որտեղ հնարավոր են նաև ֆորս-մաժորային իրավիճակներ, սակայն թերևս ներկայիս հայաստանյան քաղաքական իրականության պայմաններում նման զարգացումները քիչ հավանական են։
