Հայաստանի պետական պարտատոմսերը գնելու հնարավորություն կստանան նաև քաղաքացիները

 ՀՀ կառավարությունը պարտատոմսերի բաշխման կարգում կատարեց փոփոխություններ, որոնցով այս տարվա ապրիլի վերջից Հայաստանի պետական պարտատոմսերը կկարողանան գնել նաև քաղաքացիները։ Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո նշեց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը։

«Քաղաքացիները կկարողանան այդ պարտատոմսերը ձեռք բերել ոչ միայն ֆիզիկապես, այլեւ պլաստիկ քարտերի միջոցով։ Վաճառքի համար համապատասխան հարթակը պատրաստ կլինի ապրիլի վերջին: Մենք ցանկանում ենք այն թողարկել ապրիլի 26-ին», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ`  ասաց Արամյանը՝ հավելելով, որ նախնական աճուրդը տեղի կունենա ոչ թե Կենտրոնական բանկում, այլ բորսայում:

Նախատեսված են փոփոխություններ նաև պետական պարտատոմսերի գնման գործակալների համար` ի դեմս ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների։ Նրանք չպետք է այլևս կանխավճար վճարեն աճուրդներին մասնակցելու համար։ 

Փոփոխությունները թույլ կտան մեծացնել ներքին պարտքի կառավարումը, որն ավելի ձեռնտու է արտաքինից: «Միջոցները մնում են մեր երկրի բնակիչների ձեռքում եւ արտասահման չեն գնում: Այսինքն՝ պետական պարտքի վճարումները դառնում են նրանց եկամուտները, շրջանառվում տնտեսության մեջ», – նկատեց նախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ որքան շատ են պարտատոմսեր գնելու դիմումները, այնքան արդյունավետորեն կձևավորվի պետական պարտքը: Նրա խոսքով` քանի որ այդ ցուցանիշներն ուղեցուցային են այլ ֆինանսական գործիքների համար, ապա կարող են ամբողջ ֆինանսական համակարգում նվազե ցնել տոկոսադրույքները:
