Կառավարությունը հարկային մուտքերն ապահովելու է ոչ արտահանելի հատվածի ստվերի հաշվին

Պետական բյուջեի հարկային մուտքերն ապահովվելու են հիմնականում ստվերի հաշվին: Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այդ մասին ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը` պատասխանելով հարցին, թե հարկային մուտքերն ապահովելու համար թանկանալու են արդյոք լայն սպառման ապրանքները:
«Ես դժվարանում եմ ասել: Որպեսզի խոսենք լայն սպառման ապրանքների մասին, պետք է ամբողջ շարժաշղթան ու գնագոյացման մեխանիզմն ուսումնասիրենք ու տեսնենք, թե ի՞նչն է պատճառը, որ այդպես կարող է լինել: Մենք այդ գումարները բերելու ենք ստվերի հաշվին, սա է հիմնական խաղի կանոնը», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` Արամյանը:
Ճշտող հարցին, թե հստակ ո՞ր ստվերի հաշվին է դա արվելու, Վարդան Արամյանը նշեց, որ դա ոչ թե իր, այլ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի գործառույթն է: «Կարծում եմ` դա իմ գործընկերների, ՊԵԿ-ի տիրույթում է, հիմնականում ոչ արտահանելի հատվածից պետք է գա: Բազմիցս ասել ենք` մեր թիրախն ու հարկման բեռը պետք է տեղափոխենք ոչ արտահանելի հատված: Արտահանողներին պետք է փորձենք մի փոքր ավելի հանգիստ թողնել հարկային վարչարարության տեսանկյունից», - ասաց նախարարը:
Հարկային եկամուտները հունվար-փետրվարին նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճել են 10,6 տոկոսով: Կառավարության նախորդ նիստում ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հայտարարել էր, անկախ 2017-ի պետբյուջեովնախատեսված ցուցանիշից, կապիտալ ծախսերը 50 մլրդ դրամով ավելացնելու մասին:
