ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը դեֆիցիտային բյուջեի պարագայում նորմալ է համարում պետական պարտքի աճը: «Ներքին պարտքն ամեն դեպքում աճելու է այն մասով, որ ունենք դեֆիցիտային բյուջե և առաջիկա տարիներին էլ ունենալու ենք դեֆիցիտային բյուջե: Ամեն դեպքում, ներքին պարտքն ավելի լավ է, որովհետև դա մեր ռեզիդենտների ձեռքում է կենտրոնացած և մուլտիպլիկատիվ ազդեցությունը շատ ավելի մեծ է, որովհետև գումարները մեր տնտեսությունից դո ւրս չեն հոսում, կուտակվում են մեր ռեզիդենտների մոտ: Բայց ամեն դեպքում, եթե մենք ունենք դեֆիցիտային բյուջե, մեր պարտքը պետք է աճի», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Վարդան Արամյանը՝ հավելելով, որ 2017թ. Հայաստանի պետբյուջեի դեֆիցիտը կկազմի 150 մլրդ դրամ:
Նրա խոսքով, այն գործողությունները, որոնք կառավարությունը նախատեսում է, ներառյալ հարկերի բարձրացման միջոցով կապիտալ ծախսերի կատարումը, չի հանգեցնի դեֆիցիտի բարձրացման:
