ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարն ակնկալում է 3,2 տոկոսից բարձր տնտեսական աճ

ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը վստահ է, որ 2017 թվականին Հայաստանում տնտեսական աճը նախատեսված 3,2 տոկոսից բարձր կլինի: «2017-ին հավակնում ենք ավելի բարձր տնտեսական աճի, քան պետական բյուջեով սահմանված 3,2 տոկոսն է: Այսօր ունենք 6,2 տոկոս տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշ, կարող է այդ տոկոսը ճշգրտվի մի փոքր ներքև, որովհետև նախորդ տարի հունվարին ունեինք տնտեսության ակտիվության 6,2 տոկոս աճ, որը շարունակվեց մինչև մայիս ու սկսեց նվազել: Սա կարող է բազային ազդեցություն ունենալ: Բայց տարվա արդյունքներով ես վստահ եմ, որ 3,2 տոկոսը հաղթահարելու ենք»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, նշեց Արամյանը՝ կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում:
Հարցին, թե ինչի հաշվի կապահովվի տնտեսական աճ՝ Արամյանը վստահեցրեց, որ Հայաստանը ներդրումների հետ խնդիրներ չի ունենա` չնայած նրան, որ գլխավոր ներդրողներից, օրինակ, Ռուսաստանը, դեռևս չի հաղթահարել ֆինանսական ճգնաժամը: «Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի համար բավականին փոքր տնտեսություն է և այնտեղի գումարները մեզ համար զգալի նշանակություն ունեն», - ասաց ֆինանսների նախարարը՝ ընդգծելով, որ ներդրողներին հիմնականում երկու կարևորագույն ցուցանիշ է հետաքրքրում` ռիսկերն ու վերադարձելիությունը: «Բնականաբար, նաև` հեռանկարայնություն ¨: Հայաստանը կարող է ծառայել որպես հարթակ, որպեսզի կապի ԵԱՏՄ երկրները Հարավային միջանցքի երկրների,արաբական երկրների հետ և, միևնույն ժամանակ, քանի որ մենք ունենք «GSP+» համակարգ Եվրամիության հետ, դա արդեն գայթակղիչ է» ,- ասաց Արամյանը՝ հավելելով, որ կառավարությունն ունի մի շարք նախաձեռնություններ, որոնք ևս խողովակ կլինեն ներդրումների ապահովման համար:
Դրանց թվում նախարարը նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի 7 «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի ղեկավար, հայտնի գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծված «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ»-ի գործունեությունը: Վերջինիս կողմից 2017-ին նախատեսվում են 300 մլն դոլարի ներդրումային ծրագրեր:
