ՀՀ վարչապետի և Սամվել Կարապետյանի հայտարարած ֆոնդը 2017-ին նախատեսում է 300 մլն դոլարի ծրագրեր

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի ղեկավար, հայտնի գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծված «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ»-ը նախատեսում է 2017 թվականին ՀՀ-ում իրականացնել 300 մլն դոլարի ներդրումային ծրագրեր: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանը՝ ներկայացնելով ՀՀ կառավարության Ö ‡ «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ» փակ ոչ հրապարակային պայմանագրային ներդրումային ֆոնդի միջև ստորագրվելիք ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող ծրագրերի համատեղ իրականացման մասին փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի նախագիծը, որն արժանացավ գործադիրի հավանությանը:
Մանուկյանի խոսքով, կառավարության և Ֆոնդի միջև ստորագրվող փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի նպատակն է «պետություն-մասնավոր հատված» գործակցության հետագա զարգացումն ու խորացումը: ՀՀ կառավարության և Ֆոնդի համագործակցության հիմնական ուղղությունները հետևյալն են` զբոսաշրջային ենթակառուցվածքների և ծառայությունների զարգացումը, էներգետիկայի և էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումը, հանքարդյունաբերության զարգացումը, քաղաքային ենթակառուցվածքների և ծառայությունների զարգացումը, ՏՀՏ-ի և ՏՀՏ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումը, մշակող արդյունաբերության զարգացումը: «Այս տարվա համար նախատեսված ծրագրերի ծավալը հասնում է 300 մլն դոլարի»,- ասաց Մանուկյանը:
ՀՀ վարչապետը կարևորեց ֆոնդի գործունեությունը ոչ միայն ներդրումների ներգրավման, այլ նաև բիզնեսի նոր մշակույթ ներդնելու առումով: «Ֆոնդի անդամները բավականին ճանաչված, հաջողակ բիզնեսմեններ են, ունեն լայն կապեր բազմաթիվ երկրներում, ունեն բազմաթիվ գործընկերներ, հանդիսանալու են կամուրջ մեր և այդ երկրների, ֆինանսական աղբյուրների միջև: Բացի դրանից, նրանց մուտքը Հայաստան՝ հանդիսանալու է որոշակի ազդակ գնահատող կառույցների համար: Այդ առումով, մաքսիմալ աջակցություն ենք ցուցաբերելու ֆոնդի կայացմանը ու մաքսիմալ սերտ աշխատելու ենք- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը:
Ֆոնդը կլինի ՀՀ կառավարության գործընկերը «պետություն-մասնավոր հատված» գործակցության իրականացման գործում, ներդրումային ծրագրերում կմասնակցի սեփական միջոցներով` կիսելով ռիսկերը: Ֆոնդը կդառնա արտաքին ներդրումների ներգրավման կատալիզատոր` ստեղծելով խոշոր նախագծերի ֆինանսավորման իրական հնարավորություն` դրանով նպաստելով տնտեսական աճի տեմպերի արագացմանը և նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանը: Ֆոնդը բարենպաստ պայմաններ կստեղծի անհատ ներդրողների համար, կիրականացնի ռիսկերի հավասարակշռման գործառույթ և չլինելով մրցակից առևտրային բանկերի հ ամար ներդրողների համար կապահովի ներդրումների դիվերսիֆիկացիա, նվազեցնելով ռիսկերը:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հայկական սփյուռքի 3 տասնյակից ավելի գործարարների մասնակցությամբ մարտի 25-ին պաշտոնապես տրվել է «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ» ոչ հրապարակային պայմանագրային ներդրումային ֆոնդի գործունեության մեկնարկը:
